Its is thick in a way like a balm melted. Put it in at night and everything is perfect. It is moisturizing but not lubricating. Coconut is better for lubricating.

These are really great for vaginal dryness it feels natural I say give it a try a man would never even notice if you don’t say anything. They will melt after 20 minutes so be really fit that gushy feeling almost like the real deal down there.

As a post-menopausal woman, intimacy can be painful. Many other natural routes have not worked. I don't use estrogen (it did work, but I don't know what to think of in terns of safety). So I tried coconut oil (it started to burn) and taking vitamin e orally. Then I read about Vitamin E suppositories. They help me tremendously. I live in a hot climate without much a/c, and to extend the life of these, I cut them into thirds and freeze (just a month's worth, not the whole box). I use them maybe 3-4 times a week at night. Since they are frozen, they don't immediately turn to mush when picked up and inserted.
