Disappointed
Info says it can be applied under or over foundation. When I put it on before applying foundation, it definitely looks sparkly/shiny, but after applying my Clinique medium-coverage foundation I couldn't tell I had it on. The next time I applied it over the foundation and did not like the look at all. It didn't spread nicely over the foundation and I had to remove everything and start over using foundation only. After a couple more attempts, applying less, I still wasn't content with the look. It was a waste of my $$.
