I love this rock tumbler and I'll probably buy another one when I can. You can control the speed and set the number of days you want it to run for. It shuts off automatically at the end of the run. I also thought it was a pretty good value. You also get some rocks! It's way less noisy than tumblers I've had in the past. I put a styrofoam cooler over the top of it to damped the sound even more. I keep it by my desk and the sound really doesn't bother me. I also think the barrel is high quality, it has a tight seal and the big screw nut is easy to tighten. It also looks really nice with a clean stylish design. I'm having a lot of fun with it.

The rock tumbler I ordered arrived and did not work. I messaged the company and they sent a new ac adapter. That took 4 days. Plugged it in, still did not work. Messaged back again, and they sent a new machine. Took 6 days to get it. Plugged it in and it works as expected. I think the product it self is great. The tumbler is quiet and works well. I think it was unfortunate we got a non working unit, and it stinks that it took a extra 2 weeks to get it going because I was waiting on shipping. They did make it right and got me a working unit, I just wish it all happened quicker as my son wanted to get his rocks going.

Very satisfied with the Tumbler. As a first time tumbler, I was very impressed with the performance of the Kookstone C1 Pro Max. Easy to use, simple settings - and looks great. I had one issue after a few weeks; Daisy was exceptionally helpful with resolving my issue. Top quality customer service. I can't want to use this Tumbler for a long time.

The tumbler is easy to use and the instructions are great. It’s a process that takes a few weeks, so patience is required!

Great quality machine and comes with an excellent guide book and materials. Definitely buy extra grits. The machine is quite loud and has to be on for 12-20 days so be prepared for that!

It's working as advertised. I let it run overnight but shut it off when at work. It still makes noise of course but with it being on top of the dryer on a foam pad we don't hear it in the bedrooms. It can be heard in the living room but it's no louder than the washer or dryer and that's in a small house. I'll be sharing with the grandkids.

This is my first experience with rock tumbling, and this tumbler seems ideal for beginners. It seems solid and well constructed. I like being able to set the speed (3 speeds), and number of days to tumble. It’s not super quiet, but not too noisy. I have mine in the garage, and can’t hear it at all from the house. They sent a bonus bag of nice assorted rocks to get started, and enough of the various grits of tumbling media to get started.

I give this a 5 star mainly due to Daisy in customer support. When the tumbler arrived it would not work at all. I was going to return it, but i noticed the great customer service reviews. Not only did I get a rapid response , but was given concise instructions on what to do. I took a video, sent it to Daisy and the very next day was told that the problem was determined it to be a faulty adapter. She sent a new one, which arrived quickly. I plugged it in and it has been running for the past five days without a hitch. Thank you Daisy. Time will tell if I can polish rocks or not.After using the tumbler for about two weeks, polishing rocks that had already been worked using another tumbler, I am thoroughly happy. Considering the cost I feel it is a great little machine. I must admit that I purchased some 8000 grit, and found it did a better job than the 1200. The tumbler is quiet, (I have it in my den), runs without a hitch, and is easy to use. The combination of great customer support, and a machine that does all I want, I would recommend this, especially to the beginners and young geologists. The rocks look better than my mediocre photos.

The customer service was really good, I received a defective tumbler, I reached out to customer service by email and they responded promptly, I was able to explain the issue and sent a video and they quickly determined I had received a defective base and sent me a replacement as well as some free stones, I received the replacement in 2 days and it’s working great with no issues. The tumbler came with a helpful instruction manual that included information on the rocks provided, a chart with recommended settings for each stage, tips and tricks for how to address things like gas build up in the chamber etc. and a FAQ section. This is my first tumbler so I’m not sure how loud they usually are, I don’t find this to be very loud, they recommend keeping it in the basement so the noice doesn’t disturb you/others, currently I have it in a spare bedroom with the door closed and there’s a bit of a noise in the next room but no more than a washing machine, I can easily block out the noise with tv or music, I did turn it off last night to sleep just in case it bothered others. So far I am very happy with it and am excited to make my own tumbled stones, they sent a variety of raw crystals.

Currently running my first batch of rocks. Came with good instructions, and some pretty rocks. Registered the warranty quickly, company was very friendly and replied quickly.Oh and the tumbler is pretty quiet for a bunch of rocks rolling around in it.

An exceptional product and fantastic customer service experience. The machine is solid, runs smoothly and is relatively quiet (compared against previous machines I’ve used). Nice assortment of raw stones included, plus bonus stone package received post delivery. I would definitely recommend!

This is good but is really noisy and has vibrated itself off surfaces.Only comes with enough of the packages to do one batch of rocks.But we are happy with the quality of it and the customer service has been wonderful. They sent us a second batch of rocks to put through.Has good directions and easy to use buttons etc.
