I bought these bags to see if they would work for filtering stock. The answer is a resounding yes! They are very deep so you can pour all the stock at once. Personally, I place the bag over a strainer, and drain that way. Whichever way you choose, theses bags drain well and filter out any bits so your stock is clear.
