You have to buy your own weights
This is perfect. I am an arm wrestle and this helps me with my forearm strength. Get ready to beat people in competition. Highly recommended

I jerryrigged this to use with a kettlebell, I was using a gi belt before. This thing is awesome. Worth every penny. Great if you’re trying to build a wrist and forearm strength.

I've been at the gym for a while, and wanted to train forearms, bought this, and it works pretty well, wished the base to load the weights were a little bit bigger, but over all pretty good. Also when you get tired it slips over your thumb which might be a problem to consider, but not a big deal at all.
