Tool-less installation! Take your time to make sure you install the first couple right, then it's a piece of cake! It's great that with a flip of a switch I can easily disable the lock for parties or whenever the kids aren't around and I'm working in the kitchen (where I installed them).

Pretty easy to install, despite the unhelpful alignment template/device thing. It's not helpful because the parts don't stay clicked into it very well.This is mainly getting 2 stars because I've now had 3 of the locks break. The latching arm had a weak point and snaps off. Good that it came in a 12 pack so I can just keep replacing the latch part.

Would have been 5 stars if it included screws. Because it needs screws. The template and installation with the sticky tape is great, and I love how these locks have an on/off feature so you can just disable them later in life or temporarily, but my 1 year old son ripped the cabinet door open easily. I used the screws from another set of child locks and now they are secure.

I have boughten two packs and I do like them. They work well for the most part. About 4 in each pack do not work, so I have wasted 8 of the locks and I have had a couple break on the cabinets (funny thing is they are cabinets that never get pulled on by the babies).

While these worked pretty well, the "TEMPLATE" was less than useful. Using the template actually caused the latch to be too tight to unlock the cabinet door once locked into place.

Bought these for new house, the cabinets are standard, but must be too thick for locks. They won’t work

The only positive that I can give this product is ease of installation. The problem that I have is that they don't always lock as they should. Some will not work at all, and some will occassionally work. It can be a dangerous situation if you close it and they don't always work. I'm going to remove these and install the ones that you press down on to release for opening. They can always be trusted.
