Shockwave Therapy Machine PSP10, 1-6 Bar, 1-12 Hz for Home and Travel

Have scar tissue on both palms and especially around the thumbs. It's debilitating and especially painful. Baseline is 5 out of 10 pain on a good day. Bought this last week. Used it twice on the lowest settings with a few days in between use at Level 1 energy, 5hz (5 strikes per second), and only 1500 total strikes. By the time I was done, the pain was at a 1 out of 10 and has stayed that way. I can hardly believe it. This has been dogging me for almost 3 years now and could find no relief anywhere, and I'm not close to the optimal settings, yet. You have to work up to it because it does sting a little on the pain points, but I can tell you the 2nd time was easier than the first. Take your time. The famous Jeff is very responsive each evening with detailed instructions and answers to questions. Get the address off of their corporate website and email him. You will not be left on your own to figure out how exactly to set it up and use it for whatever ails you. They provide instruction videos and detailed settings for whatever you need it to help with via a Google drive folder you can access at any time. There's a tiny bit of maintenance you need to do. Setup was pretty easy and use is easy. No lie, I sat there for like 5 minutes before the first use, wondering if I was about to do something stupid, but it was unfounded fear. I was hopeful this would help, and it's already exceeded my expectations, just for the pain reduction alone. Started telling friends and family about it. For me, it would be worth the purchase at $12k, let alone $1200.

I have used this shockwave machine for over a year now and have used it hundreds and hundreds of times. I have put this machine through the ringer, traveled with it in a Pelican case, and used it consistently for tight joints, muscles, mobility work, and different injuries. It is not really designed as a travel machine, but it has proven to be extremely durable and has held up very well with everything I have put it through. The machine is powerful, easy to operate, and has plenty of different settings and attachments depending on the area you are working on. I have seen a noticeable difference using it on tight muscles, stubborn areas, and joints that do not respond as well to stretching alone. It has become one of the most useful pieces of equipment I own for mobility and self-care. The customer service has honestly been some of the best I have ever experienced with any product. Jeff responds to every email, usually in under 24 hours, and has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire time I have owned the machine. He worked with me directly on a repair and made the entire process easy. The repair was needed because of my own misuse and was not caused by any defect or problem with the manufacturer. That level of support means a lot, especially with a specialized piece of equipment like this. They genuinely stand behind their product and take care of their customers. I highly recommend this machine for anyone looking for help with tight joints, tight muscles, mobility issues, or lingering injuries. It is powerful, durable, versatile, and has been fantastic for everything I have used it for. It will pay for itself after just a few weeks of using it.

I bought the PSP10 and it has been a complete game changer. My manual work is fantastic, but this is the difference between building a house by hand and using power tools. The machine gets into trigger points without the need for the painful pressure, but gives an even better source of relief and relaxation. My clients are of all ages and they call it miraculous and futuristic. I can identify this on 90 year olds without compromising their tissues. It promotes lymphatic drainage and easily releases psoas and diaphragm. People don’t need the same recovery time as they usually do with a rehabilitative massage because there’s no damage to the tissue, so they want to be seen a few times a week rather than just once or twice. I like to use it in combination with the Rapid Release to further promote good blood flow and muscle hydration. I also will use it with PEMF. It’s a great tool to have on hand. I usually use levels 1-3 on backs, legs, stomachs, and shoulders and 3-6 on glutes depending how much tissue they have. The customer service is incredible. The team responds within hours of submitting requests and then overnighted me a new unit when I had an issue. I’m really happy to see this product on the market as an alternative to the overpriced Wasabi. It works just as well as the $60k machines I’ve used in plastic surgeons offices. The results speak for themselves. You can use this product on yourself pretty easily, as well as on clients. You do need to communicate with them if you aren’t great at knowing trigger points, but they will tell you when you get a good spot. I have two friends with MS and this is their favorite of all my machines. It eliminates the need for most of the deep work I would normally have to do and my results are better than my manual work. My most common settings are 2 intensity and 8 frequency. 3000 bps and then wait 3 minutes for the machine to cool. You have to wait even for the $60k units, so this is not really a problem. It IS noisy, but not overstimulating because the noise is consistent. I bought a bunch of disposable earplugs for my sound sensitive clients. You can get like 500 on amazon for $10. You can also cover their ears with a towel and it will help. I 100% recommend this product for anyone who does deeper or rehabilitation work- massage therapists, RMT, PT, even doctor’s offices should have these. Your Swedish people will not appreciate it unless they’re in pain and would let you go deeper.

I love this machine!! PerVita has AMAZING customer service and warranty as well. Had a few small issues with our device and we were able to email Jeff and get extremely fast responses from an actual person - not automated responses which I love. He even followed up with me multiple times to ensure everything was working correctly and I was happy. This is money well spent. Get it! You won’t be sorry.

I can’t say enough great things about the PSP10 that I purchased. So far it’s been extremely reliable, and the performance has been just as promised. The unit has a tremendous amount of flexibility in terms of the intensity the rate at which it provides vibration and the frequency. I did have some questions initially and the original Equipment manufacturer was fantastic to work with in terms of product support. I purchased this device and after about three uses it basically paid for itself when compared against the cost of getting a three pack of treatment from a medical provider.

We have been using this in our clinic with patients for over a year and have seen great results! Patients feel much better. Their customer service is great and very quick. If you have any issues they are very quick to correct it and make it right. Definitely would recommend this unit to anyone!
