OTR driver review
I needed a battery starter because my APU has been going haywire and depleting my truck batteries while trying to start. I bought this charger and used it after I came back to my truck after 5 days away. Hooked this up and it started right away.I'm not sure what the other person did that says it wouldn't start their sleeper truck. My truck is a 2019 Peterbilt 579 loft. This starter worked just fine for me, and I was out of my truck for 5 days.

The cables too short, unit didn't work
The cables are too short to be functional, and when we were finally able to connect them to the battery, the unit did not work. We tried it several times.

Doesn't hold power well
It works great so far but if you use it once the battery is gone down 1 bar...I can't see this holding up

Great jump starter
Use this for starting my class 8 truck when I park to long with refrigerators on works great. Easy to use

Jump starter stopped working after 3 jumps
Jumper stopped working after 3 jumps. The lights turn on but do not jump anything anymore, i've tried it on a lawn mower, a pickup, and a tractor and it never worked after jumping a semi truck 3 times. It was stored in a room temperature location.

Doesn't hold charge well
Even without use doesn't hold charge long. After recent full charge, requires recharge after jumping two 22hp lawnmowers. Also, the cables are way too short---most jumps require two persons, one to hold the power pack and another to turn the key.

Do not buy
Complete p.o.s. every jump start took more out of the charge each time. Stopped working 1 mo after return window closed. Will show completely charged goes to below voltage when hooking to low battery.
