The control sticks for DJI controller are small and fiddly - and easily lost. These littles babies are perfect replacements. Not overly expensive so you can always have some in your bag. They come in various colours which is not a big deal, but adds a dash of customisability to the controller. Can't tell them apart from original in terms of materials and manufacture.

Not much to say but stylish and nice finish to the control sticks (no sharp edges) Gives the controller a sporty look.

There is little between the quality of these and the originals, very handy to have for spares as the storage space on the remote control is very fiddly and they are easily dropped and lost.
