Skeptical at first that these pretty little hammers would help relieve the tension and knots in my neck and on my shoulder blades, and also the pain my lower back pain. Wow. I'm amazed at how great I feel after using these to tap/hammer away the stresses of my day. Bought this for body tapping and moving fluid out of my tissues throughout my body especially with hard to reach places like the back. It has made a great difference in any type of swelling. These are firm but not super hard. Would buy again and highly recommend
