both lights are very bright and have a range of modes (eg strobe, SOS etc) that should suit most people. ive used these for 6 months ang no issues. the rear can also be used as a front as it has red and white LEDs, the front has a good beam that can be used as an effective headlight in total darkness. it also makes a handy torch as both lights are easy to mount/dismount. mounts are solid and secure and work well, you even get a spare rubber strap for the rear. battery like seems fine

This is a great set at a great price. The front light was charged when I first opened the box. The rear light wasn't. So I put both on charge. The rear light perhaps needed just short of 2 hours to charge before the green indicator light came on. The front light has three brightness settings and a flashing mode. It's really bright The rear light has a red mode, a white mode, and then a few different flashing modes, see the video included. I have also included a side ways view of the red light is it has some side on visibility All came in a neat carefully packaged box with two charging cables and three brackets. One that can only be used with the front light and two for the rear light. The brackets for the rear are rubber strap type with a hook and hole type closure. The light slots on and locks in to place. A small hinge allows some movement if attached to a non vertical bar (see photos) The bracket for the front light is plastic with a rubber grip. The clasp is a screw method but no screwdriver is needed. Good purchase

I have been looking for a light upgrade from some tiny little rubber band type, so I can see the road ahead of me in the dark. I was told that I would need something with 1000 lumen plus for this to be possible and most lights in this bracket are approaching the £100 mark which (for now) I am not willing to spend. I stumbled on this light as I was searching the many lights available and saw one of the images from another reviewer which looked promising. So I thought for the price I would take the plunge and try it out. So I ordered it and have just received it today, great Prime delivery as always. The light comes in a nice little box I would go so far as to say it felt better packaged than some of the more mainstream lights I have seen in some "high street' cycle shops with no plastic in sight so a massive thumbs up on the eco friendly packaging although there is some foam it makes me want to keep the box for storage and if I sell on in the future it's a nice touch. The price for the main light is great but you even get a secondary rear/front strip light too which also adds to the value. I have yet to put them on the bike but the mounts seem pretty straight forward and relatively robust especially for a road bike. I have tested the lights in the dark outside and they are a huge upgrade to what I am used to. These will be perfect for my usage. I intend to use them for road cycling mainly and a couple of upcoming charity rides the first of which is 52miles at night from Manchester to Blackpool so I will be able to give a proper full test review after that. I have added some pictures to give an idea of size and items included in the box. It does state on the box for charging there is a blue indicator light which flashes but the light on mine is definitely green. The Charging cables are very short but you get one for each light which is useful, it would seem any micro USB charging cable will work though I used my GF's Amazon fire HD tablet cable and it worked fine. I would say if you are traveling light the smaller cables may come in useful just make sure you store them in a waterproof bag or something. The only thing that lets this little unit down is the battery life at 100% brightness which is by no means short in comparison to units of similar quality and brightness but it does mean for longer evening rides I will need a backup light, maybe!? I will be testing it soon on the ride mentioned earlier and will probably use different modes for the ride as you can choose from 4 - 100% (3Hrs) - 50%(6Hrs) - 30%(8Hrs) - Flashing(6Hrs). I will probably switch as I move from well-lit areas to unlit roads so may get a bit longer out of it (will report back after). Other than that I am really surprised and happy at the quality and value for money, looking forward to testing it out and hopefully coming back here to put a 5-star​ review. Watch this space.

I've used these for a week now, and compared to the awful things I was using before they are a world apart. The front light has three modes, plus a flashing one that I don't intend to use (if you are cycling please don't use flashing front/rear settings, they are meant to be static and tend to annoy other cyclists more than car drivers!). It mounts onto a robust looking clip that stays on the handlebar - make sure you put it the correct way round and do not do what I initially did, as the light fits both ways. The rear light has a few setting - I've only used the static red, but there is also white, a few combinations and a very funky xmas setting (so it seems....) that goes mad and flashes everything. I use it for a few miles in town, then about 4 miles on properly rural lanes that are pitch black, and find the light more than enough (though compared to my old light a candle would probably have been an improvement). I'm sure there are brighter lights available, but I can't think of a situation where I would need one and so I'm more than happy. Battery life - I've used it for a week (5 hours ish), and the rear ran out this morning, with about a 2 hour recharge off the usb to get it back to full. Small red light that goes blue when charged. Front light has a flashing light that goes static blue when fully charged. My only slight concern is the rear mount, which is one of those thick rubber band jobs with holes in it. I'm sure it will be fine, but I'm use to my lights being on a solid mount, so I do find myself checking to make sure its still there quite often. I'm sure it's fine though, and if it does fail then it has a 3 year warranty so I suspect the company would replace it. Might possibly be able to tuck a cable tie in there somehow to strength it up. All in all though very happy, and I have two colleagues about to buy some as they were also impressed.

Good customer service and a very professional approach. The Bike Light set has lived up to its expectations - it is great! I found it easy to install. Gives a very powerful LED and is of excellent quality. I would highly recommend this light for your night rides and when you want to be sure you are seen on the roads. It is easy to charge with the 2 x USB cords which are included in the box. It really is perfect for those times when there is poor light, night or evening and is very easy to put on your bike. It has 4 levels of light and a flashing mode and it all looks of good quality. The rear red light that comes with it with the quick release is a great solution and makes it really easy to take off especially if you don't want to leave it on the bike. Already had a set of these for my bike - they are so good have purchased a set for my wife's bike. Brackets are easy to fit and are very secure. Lights slide onto the fittings with a recognisable click and are easily removable for charging. Good bright lights with a combination of options for each - various static or flashing modes. Different brightness too so saves charge if dimmer. Easy and quick to charge with standard USB leads (provided or use own longer ones)

First, the pros: 1. For the price, they are plenty bright. I cycle through unlit woods to and from work, and although they don't give enough light for speeding along rough ground in the dark, they are easily good enough for an unlit commute on or off road. 2. The battery life is really very good indeed. 3. The build quality of the lights themselves is actually very good for the price. The reasons I only gave them a 3* review are: 1. The design of the clips is rubbish. Seriously an after thought. Incredibly cheap and plasticky clips. 2. Because of that, I've lost the rear light; it should itself off the latching clip on rough ground without me noticing. 3. The switch on the front light is already really hard to press, and I suspect it will do that thing where switches stop working fairly soon. I don't know why light manufacturers put these crappy little rubber clicky impossible to press switches on; even my Knogs do it. The switches never last. 4. The USB charging cover is particularly flimsy; one has already come off twice. No idea how waterproof the lights are without this, but I can't imagine it does much anyway. Shame, they are SO CLOSE to being amazing value for money.

I was initially very pleased with this product and its brightness and ease of use. That is, until the fourth or so time I had to charge it - which was really soon after I have charged it fully following the instructions - the battery lasted only 20 min ride to work. I have noticed a strange thing then: as soon as plugged the front torch came on and I was unable to turn it off. It took forever to charge that time, and remained on - until it died a few hours later. The next charge was even worse - it would work only if plugged in. When I have checked it later it came on - so I proceeded to work as usual - only for it to die soon after I got to the main road - maybe a minute! I expect my front torch was just faulty and would have sent it back but the docking mechanism came lose and the strap was lost during numerous trials to reanimate it so I expect I wont be able to get a refund. I cycle to and from work after dark, and had a frenzied attempt to get the light on when I got to a spot where I could "safely" stop. I could have died on that road without a working light in high traffic, so I wasn't really looking if i put it in the pocket securely afterwards. Ended up on pavement with my phone torch - and very late for work. It could be that vibration, temperature or moisture caused an internal electrical damage - but it is a BIKE LIGHT, and at £20 I expected a better quality for something that is designed to take vibration and adverse weather as a part of its main use. As a mean of keeping me safe on the road this item failed me

Testate per alcuni mesi su bici da corsa per andare al lavoro con la bici da corsa. Luminosità: Molto bene il posteriore - Sufficiente l'anteriore. il posteriore fa tantissima luce e rende molto ben visibili. lo uso nella modalità che alterna luce rossa e bianca per attirare maggiormente l'attenzione. La luce anteriore invece va sempre bene per essere visti ma è appena sufficiente per girare al buio in quanto a differenza di luci più potenti (ma molto più pesanti) fa un fascio di luce abbastanza concentrato e ridotto. Durata batteria: molto buona. Le ho ricaricate dopo circa 8 ore. Molto comodo il fatto di avere una batteria integrata ricaricabile via usb (sia anteriore che posteriore) Si ricaricano in un paio di ore se attaccate al pc. Montaggio: la posteriore si aggancia al volo. l'anteriore ha il morsetto con il filetto appena corto quindi se si ha un manubrio con sezione molto grande (maggiore di 28mm) il filetto prende appena. Io ci ho messo una vite più lunga. Molto comodo il fatto che si può lasciare il supporto attaccato alla bici e staccare solo la luce per poterla ricaricare. Peso: personalmente le ho trovate molto leggere in quanto completamente in plastica. Ne ho di diversi tipologie anche più potenti, ma questa è la più leggera che ho provato finora. Estetica: in plastica, ma curate. Non è il motivo per cui le ho comprate Giudizio complessivo. Nonostante la luce anteriore appena sufficiente le consiglio perchè non capita mai di girare completamente al buio ma è più importante il fatto di essere visti dalle altre macchime. Il fanale posteriore è super luminosi, con tante modalità e soprattutto sono molto leggeri. Le consiglio per una bici da strada. Per fare uscite in notturna e in Mountain bike /fuori strada starei su modelli più luminosi, potenti e robusti.

La batería de la lámpara frontal dura mucho y tiene mucha potencia, la luz trasera también tiene potencia aunque la batería no dura tanto.

Bon déjà, quand vous recevez ce genre de boite, vous comprenez qu’on se moque pas de vous. Ensuite quand on fait fonctionner la lampe frontal, on comprend vite que c’est un super produit. Esthétique, bien fini, solide et facile à installer. D’une très bonne puissance, on peut régler la puissance de la lumière ainsi que le mode stroboscope! Concernant le feu arrière. Lui aussi on voit directement qu’il est de très bonne manufacture. Plusieurs types d’éclairages : feu rouge normal, stroboscope, SOS, feu blanc mais aussi feu stroboscope rouge et blanc en alternance! Les deux feux sont pivotable sur leur support, bien pratique pour ceux qui n’ont pas un guidon bien droit et pour régler au mieux le feu sur la route! Quand à son autonomie, elle est très bien et varie en fonction du mode qu’on lui met ainsi que des conditions climatiques (froid). Mais bon, ils se rechargent sur une prise, donc on va pas pleurer pour le prix des piles vu qu’ils n’y en a pas! A titre comparatif de prix et de qualité, chez décathlon ils vous vendent un truc bien pourri par rapport à ce produit. Bref si vous voulez bien voir et tte bien vu, c’est le produit qu’ils vous faut!

Very good product.

Achterlicht twee maanden intensief gebruikt ( 3 uur per dag) Elke dag twee keer opgeladen. Opladen duurt erg lang en lukt nog maar aanzetten lukt niet meer. Geen duurzaam product dus. De achterlichtjes van de HEMA zijn nog beter. Voorlicht werkt nog wel maar lichtbundel zoals op plaatjes is overdreven. Montage op stuurhouder is even wennen. Als je het niet goed doet (knopje indrukken) valt hij van de houder af. Update voorlicht: jarenlang gebruikt in weer en wind hele jaar door tijdens mijn dagelijkse tochten naar werk. Was echt gehecht aan dit voorlicht. Helaas na een aantal jaren gebruik liep de batterij steeds sneller leeg. Hij heeft een plek gekregen in mijn vitrine kast. Wilde exact dezelfde maar helaas nog niet verkrijgbaar.
