I used this LED strip as part of the permanent lighting system on our house, and it has performed exceptionally well. The light output is smooth and uniform, with none of the visible hotspots that are common with lower-density LED strips. The RGBW capability adds a great deal of flexibility, allowing for vibrant colors as well as a warm white setting that looks excellent for everyday accent lighting. I integrated the lights with my Google Home setup so they can be synchronized with music and programmed for holidays and seasonal events. Although the installation has only been in service for one season, the strip has held up very well in an outdoor application and continues to perform flawlessly. Based on my experience so far, this appears to be a high-quality and versatile option for permanent architectural lighting.

I built a miniature bowling lane and added these lights to each side of the lane. I bought the recommended SP630E controller kit, which connects to an app on your phone where there are a ton of cool options and effects. I’m impressed with the light output and vivid colors, as well as the length of the roll. This is serious value for money, most other compatible strips were more expensive and only 16.4ft (5m) long. I’ll be using these on customers’ builds in the future. I can also share the aluminum track with diffuser that I put the strips inside if anyone wants that.

Great product. Works well for undercabinet lighting with shiny countertops, the reflection looks good. I’ve used it all several places since.

Tried every light strip known to man lol 😆 joking but not far from being true, and these are the best lights u can get for anything from home lighting, from the kitchen to every other room, cove lighting, from every project you can think of from acrylic to wood, the 24 volt with a wled controller and a hefty psu and theres no better combination. And ive had nothing but good things to say about the brand and quality as a whole. I've had a couple that I had issues with but that pretty much comes with a anything especially stuff like this and they've always helped me out to the best of their ability with any technical or installation questions. Just thought i write a review while im ordering yet another set which makes 12 for my custom cofferred ceilings. Highly recommended and done so many times over and anytime lights are mentioned btf is where I send them.

We have these LED strip lights in multiple rooms of our home. We will continue to purchase from BTF lighting- as our home projects progress. The advantage of the light- is adding addition sets to them to increase the distance desired. We have been buying them for around 1 year, and do not currently have a disadvantage to them. Very pleased with our purchases.

What is not stated in the description is that once you cut the strip, the remainder of the strip becomes useless. My setup required that I cut the 16.4 section down and then splice in another 12 feet cut from another 16.4 strip utilizing the BTF Lighting connectors (I could not use the tails attached to the strip otherwise I would have a section in my diffuser with no LED’s) The first 8 inches or so illuminated white when I connected the length to the first section with the power actually being off. After turning the lights on through the app, the spliced section would not turn on. After compressing the metal tabs more and more the lights eventually came on with the first strip but would not respond to color changes in the wled app that controls the lights. The lights would only illuminate with the color it originally started with in the app. I contacted the seller and they did respond to my message but did not answer the questions I asked. They just would give me specs on the lights but were no help with fixing my issue. Eventually the spliced section stopped working altogether. I spent hours setting this up in my garage and am very disappointed with this product. Now I am out a few hundred dollars and wasted hours of my life that I will never get back.

These might be my next go to strips based on brightness. I wish the sections where a bit tighter for flow patterns, not as smooth as 60 led per meter. But impressively bright in comparison.

I have these setup with my DigUno and WLED and they work fine! The settings in WLED that work for me are: Color Order: BRG | Swap: W & G | Length 70. Note that there are only 70 individually controllable sections on this 16' strip, each section is about 2.75" long. Originally, I thought there would be more resolution. At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter to me, just wanted others to know.
