According to the item description, this flashlight has a logo.The seller even posted a picture of the flashlight with a logo.The flashlight sent by seller Moon Tech isn't even superbright.Buy the 20 dollar one from prime, it's a great flashlight.

Seems very bright but mine was not labels “fluke” not a big deal but package did confirm 272 lumens which is why I baught it, very small light that uses AA battery’s reliable mag light construction and very bright
