Awesome.
Honestly, who needs a big, bulky, heavy, and not to mention expensive dresser or armoire when you can have this?Nobody unless traditional style furniture and home decor matters to you, but even so, this organizer rack despite it's simplicity, has added quite a bit of style and color to my room.My friend admitted he very much likes the look of my room with this rack.I do too. It's very convenient to not have to open doors to access and put away clothes. And again, with my colorful set of clothes, this rack adds color and interest to my room in a way I never thought could happen. No boring old black or brown dresser. Also, shiny metal is good. Please excuse my opinion and tastes here, heh.Onto build quality,The rack itself is pretty sturdy. Very easy to assemble. Good instructions are provided, and it's hard not to follow.Mine is not streched out all the way, but is a decent amount (like 80%) and my load of clothes on hangars hold up nicely. Easy to slide hangars across the bars when picking out clothes.I have t-shirts and only a couple long-sleeves and cots on the top rack and all pants and spare hangars on the bottom, so I cant quite say how this will hold up if you hang lots of heavy items like overcoats, but you will probably fill up the spaces before having any weight issues.Onto some issues I have with it.There really are none, but as someone pointed out, (and I recommend it too) you should assemble it so the bottom bar is mounted high enough that your bottom clothes don't touch the floor.Due to the short height, the clothes on top might lay over the hangars on the bottom bar, but it's better than your clothes on the bottom sweeping the floor. Small issue.I have a low ceilling, so there's naught much higher the standing poles could be to accomodate. All in all this is a good rack, and an interesting alternative to a traditional wooden armoire.

Easy to assemble, holds a ton of stuff, very sturdy. I love it!
After searching Amazon for days trying to find a decent closet organizer, I found this one. It has many positive reviews, seems easy to assemble, and most importantly...it can hold a ton of stuff and it's expandable. The shipping was fast and the package arrived in perfect condition. All the pieces were there, plus extras. The directions were not hard to follow. I started setting the unit up myself, but I'm not strong enough to push the shelves onto the tabs. The instructions suggested using a rubber mallet, which I don't have. The sounds of me pounding the unit with a shoe soon attracted my brother from upstairs. Together, we had the unit together in no time. I love it. No more digging in a tiny closet built in 1916, searching for a specific item in the dark, through a predominantly black wardrobe. Yes! The unit is very sturdy and the adjustable feet came in handy on my crooked flooring. The shelves are sturdy enough to hold all my shoe boxes, wigs, etc. I offset the racks, the upper one towards the back and the lower to the front. My dresses fit nicely on the top pole and short skirts and tops on the bottom. I should have set the lower rod up a bit higher and I could have hung longer tops on the bottom. I might see if I can make that adjustment with the unit being fully assembled. Anyway, very pleased with it. I have a really small room and it fits in nicely. I set it adjacent to my closet door and parallel to my bed, which is on the other side. Kind of creates a little closet nook, with a walk in effect.

Sturdy and easy to build, would buy again.
Loved everything about it. Super sturdy and easy to assemble with just one regular screw driver. It doubled my storage. The color is nice . The price is great. I just moved into a new house. My old house in CT had California Closet built in and those were amazing. My new house in FL had builder grade white wire racks and they fell down with weight of clothes so I got these free standing so they won’t fall off the wall.I got the bronze color and it looks great.Update: A year later and no issues, still love it and getting another for the other closet.

Good Low Cost Rack
I ordered two of these racks which I placed one in front of the other because I was worried that if I put it against the wall, there would not be enough room for the hangers to hang since there is only seven inches from the center of the rack to the back. I am very pleased with the result. It has provided plenty of space for hanging clothes and for storing other items on the shelves. As it turns out, the clothing bar can be moved forward or backward when you install it, so it can be placed further away from the back than seven inches, although I think it may be less balanced if you move it forward and put a lot of clothes on it. As I have it with the two back to back, I now have two bars that I can use to hold clothes. I am using it in a child's bedroom that has very little space, so I needed to have a storage option that would allow for a place for clothes and lots of toys and extras. I am very pleased with the amount of space that it offers. (Particularly with the two together, but one alone also has a good bit of space). I do not have it extended because of space considerations and because I have a lot of clothes on it, and I was worried about how sturdy it would be extended. It is very sturdy without it being extended. I haven't tried it extended, so I cannot comment on that. It is somewhat difficult to put together and I would highly suggest reading the instructions first, unlike the individual who assembled mine, and then had to re-assemble several times. You cannot put anything super heavy on the two middle top shelves, but the rest are pretty sturdy. Is a very good rack for the price.
