Home Defense 101: How To Defend Against A Home Invasion Paperback – August 3, 2012

Quick easy read flowing from choosing to defend and protect to everyday precautions. Thought process escalates to 911 and/or actually defending against violence.This is a "101" book and great foundation.

Has some good information but is some what brief, it could hav been muc longer because I think there is more to this subject.

Some new ideas, many old ideas. Overall OK, but not worth $7.00. Newbies may find it interesting but if already gun-savvy, you'll be bored.

Great for my wife and daughter. It makes them aware of what to do in case ofemergency no matter what Iit is. Good read for me too as I get a little paranoid at times. Home invasions are a real thing no matter what we think or where we live and family is first.

.....a basic home defense primer. Lots of useful info in this "booklet". It's like a Cliff Notes version of "Home Defense 101" so it's a quick, easy read.

The author accurately describes the types of threats that exist and provides common sense solutions that the average person can understand and practice. The most important points of "awareness to your surroundings" and "mind set" as it regards taking action when threatened are emphasized and explained.

This is a great book. It is an easy read but has a lot of information. It got me thinking a lot.

Subjects are superficially covered and the writing style is on the level of pamphlets included when a firearm is purchased. Appropriate for someone who knows nothing about self-defense with a firearm.
