Replacement will be done or not? Defective piece.
Cable received is defective. We asked to replace. The person came at 11 pm at night. We slept already. That is not the time to deliver. The mail says “out for delivery “ every time. We haven’t got the replacement & yet can’t use my Fitbit for the past 15 days. We will stop ordering through Amazon.

Avoid by all means … charger does not work
Charger magnet does not attach and does not charge… and return on the product for this on Amazon is ridiculous allowing only replacement for a product that dies not work in first place. Both seller and Amazon need to set this right. I would not suggesr buying such poor quality products
