I had bought another brand a while back. Not long after I bought it, it started to print pink streak down the side of the pages and blue streaks down the whole page. When I opened to clean it had powder all over the inside. the pink powder was on other rollers. Before installing this ink, I cleaned the inside well blew it out with air. The previous ink was still more than 1/2 full but replaced them all with this ink. SO FAR SO GOOD!!! Colors look great and no streaks at all!!! Prints perfect! would recommend, it's a small fraction of the cost of the Brother brand and will not break the bank.

My original review was incorrect in that I thought the black cartridge was empty. It wasn’t! The toner counter on my printer needed to be reset after the previous cartridge had been depleted. After resetting the counter, the printer recognized the new black cartridge as being full. This product deserves a 5-star rating!Apparently, if a cartridge is depleted, the counter needs to be manually reset. If a cartridge is replaced just before depletion, it doesn’t need to be reset and the printer will recognize the new cartridge as being full. I did not know of this anomaly before and it is not mentioned in the Users Guide

Perfect fit and good quality

Most aftermarket cartridges work ok.In this case the magneta cartridge exploded all over the inside of my printer requiring extensive cleaning . To this day I still get lousy images due to the failure of the magenta cartridge. Will not repurchase.
