ok if you have a use for a very short band
only 3 stars due to items dimensions limiting their usefulness, that being only about 10 inches long (see photo) (probably should be a 2, but if you have a use for a short band this will probably serve the purpose) They still have limited use, quality seems to be fine for the price, multiple colors and resistances seem to be accurate. just buyer beware situation
