I bought this carbon monoxide detector based on FireAngel’s strong reputation, and I’m happy to say it did not disappoint. Setup was simple, and the build quality feels solid and dependable right out of the box. The compact size is a big plus. It doesn’t take up much space and blends in nicely wherever you place it. It also comes with holes on the back for wall mounting, which made installation super quick and easy. I ran a test and wow: the alarm is incredibly loud. No chance of missing it if it ever goes off. Hopefully, the only time it ever makes that much noise is during the test, I’d much rather it stay quiet and bored on the wall than actually detecting carbon monoxide! 😅 There’s also a small flashing light that lets you know it’s powered and monitoring, which adds a little extra reassurance without being distracting. You can also expect long battery life, so you won’t constantly be checking or replacing it, just set it and let it quietly do its job. This device definitely helps increase safety at home, and at this price point, it offers excellent peace of mind and value. A compact gadget with a very loud siren - ideal. The only (minor) complaint is that the green signal light is small and not easy to see in bright light.

Excellent value great quality item easy to set up

Its a Fire Angel. Probably one of the most trusted brands out there. Bought to replace one at home thats just hit its 10year life date. Small price to pay for home safety. Easy to fit, easy to place. Its one of those items you hope never goes off to warn you but if it does, you'll be glad you had one. On testing, its plenty loud enough and will definately wake you up at night. It should also have great battery life of at least 2 years. Every home should have one of these.

So far so good. It was very easy to put up. Quite dear though, in price. The alarm seems loud enough and has a long battery life.

Contente d'en avoir un. Celui-ci répond à mes attentes à un prix raisonnable. J'ai encore un convecteur au gaz que j'utilise aux mi-saisons. Je suis rassurée d'avoir ce detecteur de CO.

J’utilise le détecteur de monoxyde de carbone quand je campe avec un poêle à bois dans la tente par securité. Le détecteur à l’air d’être de qualité, pour le moment rien à signaler
