What is the matching black sticker for?

Hello, there will be a gap left when you install GuliKit joysticks. With this black stickers from GuliKit, cover that gap to prevent dust from entering the switch. Installation is also convenient and simple.

Do these still support amiibos?

there should be no interference with these replacement thumbsticks for the Nintendo Switch joycon controller and the [right] joycon's NFC antenna. (admittedly, I have not used any amiibo since replacing the thumbsticks in my joycon controllers, as I really don't use amiibo often.)
