I wash & dry mine with regular laundry (warm/cold, fragrance free detergent, OxiClean & a Bounce Free dryer sheet) no problems

Yes for washing machine, warm or cold. Low heat drying cycle too is not a problem. However after the spin cycle in a washing machine the fleece dries very quickly so the dryer is best avoided.
