Amazing Journey with the COSORI Air Fryer TurboBlaze 6L
Embarking on a culinary adventure with the COSORI Air Fryer TurboBlaze 6L has been a transformative experience in my kitchen. Initially, I was drawn to the air fryer's sleek design and the promise of healthier cooking methods. Little did I know that this appliance would soon become an indispensable part of my daily routine, offering both convenience and versatility. From the moment I unboxed the TurboBlaze, its modern aesthetic and compact footprint impressed me. The matte black finish complemented my kitchen decor, and its relatively small size meant it didn't dominate my countertop. Setting it up was straightforward, and the intuitive touchscreen controls made the initial operation feel seamless. My first culinary experiment was with classic French fries. Following the recommended settings, I was amazed at how quickly the TurboBlaze delivered crispy, golden fries using minimal oil. This initial success boosted my confidence, prompting me to explore a variety of recipes. Over the next few weeks, I ventured into air-frying chicken wings, roasting vegetables, and even baking muffins. Each dish showcased the appliance's ability to cook food evenly and efficiently, retaining moisture while achieving a delightful crispiness on the outside. One of the standout features of the TurboBlaze is its nine cooking functions, including air fry, roast, grill, bake, and dehydrate. This versatility allowed me to experiment with different cooking techniques without the need for multiple appliances. The five auto fan speeds provided precise control over the cooking process, ensuring that delicate items like fish fillets were cooked gently, while sturdier foods like roasted potatoes received the high-intensity heat they required. The 6-liter capacity proved to be ideal for my household. Whether preparing meals for two or hosting a small gathering, the TurboBlaze accommodated various portion sizes with ease. Its ability to cook multiple servings simultaneously saved time and made meal preparation more efficient. Additionally, the appliance's energy efficiency became evident as I noticed a slight decrease in my electricity bills, attributed to its faster cooking times compared to traditional ovens.Cleaning the TurboBlaze was a pleasant surprise. The non-stick basket and crisper plate required minimal effort to clean, often needing just a quick rinse or wipe down. On busier days, I appreciated that these components were dishwasher safe, making the cleanup process even more convenient. This ease of maintenance encouraged me to use the air fryer more frequently, knowing that post-cooking cleanup wouldn't be a hassle. However, my experience wasn't without challenges. Approximately three months into using the TurboBlaze, I encountered an issue where the appliance wouldn't power on. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that the basket wasn't fully inserted, triggering a safety feature that prevents operation when components aren't properly aligned. Ensuring the basket was securely in place resolved the problem, highlighting the importance of proper assembly for safe operation.Another minor inconvenience was the need for preheating. While the TurboBlaze heats up relatively quickly, I occasionally forgot to preheat it, leading to slightly longer cooking times. This required a slight adjustment to my cooking routine, but over time, preheating became a standard step in my meal preparation process. One aspect that stood out during my journey was the air fryer's quiet operation. Unlike some appliances that emit loud noises, the TurboBlaze maintained a gentle hum, allowing me to carry on conversations or enjoy background music without disturbance. This feature enhanced the overall cooking experience, making it more enjoyable and less intrusive. The inclusion of a recipe booklet with over 100 recipes was a delightful addition. It served as a source of inspiration, introducing me to dishes I hadn't considered making in an air fryer. From dehydrated fruit snacks to perfectly proofed dough for bread, the TurboBlaze expanded my culinary horizons, encouraging me to experiment and diversify my meals. The COSORI Air Fryer TurboBlaze 6L has exceeded my expectations. Its combination of functionality, efficiency, and user-friendly design has made it a staple in my kitchen. While there were minor challenges, they were easily addressed and did not overshadow the numerous benefits this appliance offers. For anyone considering an air fryer that delivers consistent results and enhances the cooking experience, the TurboBlaze is a worthy investment. One of the most surprising successes came from a garlic and herb chicken thigh recipe. I was sceptical at first that boneless skin-on chicken thighs could cook through in 15 minutes, but with the TurboBlaze's preheat function and powerful airflow, I marinated the meat for five minutes in olive oil, crushed garlic, thyme, and lemon zest, then tossed it straight into the basket at 200°C. Twelve minutes later, the chicken had crisped skin, juicy interiors, and a beautifully golden edge, all while I quickly prepared a salad and heated a small portion of couscous. The result was a complete, satisfying meal in under 20 minutes, with most of the work handled by the air fryer. Then there was the night I tried spicy Korean tofu with sesame broccoli. I drained and cubed the tofu, tossed it in gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornflour, and cooked it for 12 minutes. In the remaining few minutes, I added lightly oiled and salted broccoli florets to the basket to roast alongside the tofu. The hot air crisped the tofu to perfection, creating a crunchy coating with a soft, flavourful centre, and the broccoli came out charred and tender-crisp. Served over a microwave-steamed rice pouch, the entire meal was restaurant-level in under 15 minutes.Fish is where this machine truly shines for quick, healthy dinners. One go-to has been Cajun salmon with baby potatoes and asparagus. I coat the salmon in Cajun spice and a drizzle of maple syrup, toss halved baby potatoes in a dash of olive oil, and cook the potatoes first for about six minutes. Then I shift them aside, add the salmon and asparagus, and let it all finish together for another seven to eight minutes. The fish stays flaky and moist with crisp edges, while the potatoes develop a light crust and the asparagus stays vibrant and just tender. It’s a one-basket meal that tastes like something you'd get at a brasserie. For a vegetarian option, the air fryer has made halloumi and vegetable wraps a staple in our home. I cube the halloumi and mix it with red onion, red pepper, courgette, olive oil, and dried oregano, then roast everything together for 12 minutes at 200°C. The halloumi turns golden and slightly squeaky, while the vegetables soften and sweeten. Wrapped in warm flatbreads with hummus and rocket, it's an indulgent yet speedy dinner that feels much more involved than it is.The air fryer also became my shortcut to quick stir-fried beef-style dishes, minus the stovetop. I slice beef thinly and coat it in soy, honey, garlic, and a pinch of bicarbonate of soda for tenderness. While the air fryer preheats, I prep sliced peppers and onions. Everything goes in together, spaced out well, and cooks in about 12 minutes with a shake halfway. Paired with egg noodles or a fresh green salad, it satisfies cravings for takeout-style food without the guilt or the delay. There’s also a brilliant hack I discovered with pre-made gnocchi: crisped in the air fryer with a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan. No boiling necessary. I cook them with halved cherry tomatoes and a few capers. In 15 minutes, you get crunchy pillows of gnocchi and blistered tomatoes that can be tossed with a quick rocket and balsamic salad or a smear of pesto on the plate. It’s oddly addictive and one of the most unique weeknight meals I’ve served guests without them realising how simple it was.For plant-based eaters or flexitarians like me, the TurboBlaze helped reinvent falafel bowls. I use store-bought falafel and cook them in the air fryer for about 10 minutes while I slice cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and warm up a pita. Add a spoonful of tahini or garlic sauce, and you’ve got a nourishing, textured meal that looks like café fare – all from bits lying around the fridge and pantry.Even shrimp became a weekly feature thanks to how fast and evenly the TurboBlaze handles them. Tossed in lime juice, garlic, and smoked paprika, the shrimp go from raw to succulent with a light char in less than eight minutes. I often throw in thinly sliced courgette ribbons for the final five minutes. Served over couscous or tucked into tacos with slaw, it’s one of those meals that hits every note: fast, bright, healthy, and full of flavour. What’s game-changing is that these aren’t just reheated shortcuts or freezer meals. These are full, fresh dinners that cook faster than you’d believe and leave hardly any mess. With the COSORI TurboBlaze, I’ve been able to whip up meals that are impressive enough to serve guests yet simple enough for weekday fatigue. I can prep a meal while the preheat runs, toss it in, and 12–15 minutes later, I’m done. That’s not just convenience—that’s a lifestyle shift. It’s encouraged me to cook more, eat fresher, and waste less. And these dinners have become our new normal: fast, vibrant, and always satisfying. My journey with the COSORI Air Fryer TurboBlaze 6L has been overwhelmingly positive. It has not only simplified meal preparation but also inspired a newfound enthusiasm for cooking. As I continue to explore its capabilities, I look forward to many more delicious and healthy meals crafted with this remarkable appliance.

Amazing!
I upgraded to this version form the 5.5L Cosori air fryer and I am in heaven. bigger, really enjoy the removable tray(not an option on the 5.5l) the basket screws are bigger and looks much better secured. Very silent. the 230C max temp makes cooking much better than the 205C on the 5.5l. The dispaly is big and eay to use and looks modern. I don't have any complaints.

Simply outstanding…
I bought this Cosori TurboBlaze air fryer as a replacement for my Cosori dual air fryer. It is brilliant to be honest. It is a 6L Compact Design with 9 Functions with a 5 Auto Fan Speeds Airflow System. It is fast and Energy Saving with a temperature range of 30℃ to 230℃. It is surprisingly quiet and so easy to use and clean. It comes with an app and has 110+ Recipes. Little to no oil required, Non-stick and Dishwasher Safe.Size: 40D x 30W x 30.1H centimetres𝟗 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝟏: Including Air Fry, Roast, Grill, Frozen, Reheat, Preheat, Proof, Bake, Dehydrate & Keep Warm; Perfect alternative for Traditional Oven, Microwave and Dehydrator.I didn’t realise just how much I would miss my dual drawer with windows but I do, I loved that machine also.I have no hesitation in recommending either product, they are both incredible appliances and the customer service is simply exceptional. All in all I can’t find any reason criticise any product or service from Cosori. You won’t find better.

Cooks to perfection and is very quick doing it.
It is a wonderful piece of kitchen equipment. Beautifully made with digital controls and nonstick surfaces making it very easy to clean. It can cook a meal to perfection in less than the time it takes for our full sized gas oven to reach temperature.

Great airfryer
We have owned a number of airfryers over the last 10 years that have varied in useability, ease of cleaning etc. The cheaper ones do not seem to last. This unit is robust, very easy to use with sensible controls, clearly visible information screen and soft touch 'buttons'. It is provided with a range of basic in built options but is entirely flexible. It even goes down as low as 30 degrees C which bakers will find usefull for proving. It is very easy to clean, both the rack for the food and the basket are non-stick and can go in the dishwasher. It is pretty quiet in use others we had had were much noisier. This is possibly the easiest unit we have had to keep clean. I would have given it 5 stars only I think it was a bit expensive for a fryer with only a single compartment.

Great air fryer choice
First air fryer, got it for about 90GBP. Had it for nearly a year. Really good quality build, large basket, very crispy oven chips. Top temp is 230C. Good for grilling stuff as well. Hardly use the gas oven now unless for a large roast. Cosori was an unknown brand to me, but all very well presented and performs perfectly.
