Great Stuff, Very Helpful.
I have been dealing with slight ED for around a year now. I read all the reviews on Pycnogenol and L-Arginine. I decided to try the L-Arginine first. I take 5000mg per day and occasionally take 10,000mg. Dosages seem to be all over the board as to what different people recommend. I have not experience the, “explosions” that other reviewers mentioned. I am 47 years old, and like I said my ED is not extremely bad. However, a couple of weeks in I did start feeling more energy and was not having any ED issues. I decided to add on the Pycnogenol. I have been taking 60mg (one pill) per day. It is more expensive than the L-Arginine, so I will probably stay at this dose. I will say that there are NO ED issues currently happening, and I feel great! I believe it is from the combination and I have only been taking the Pycnogenol for about a week. I do not have the drive that I use to have and would like back, but everything does work as it is suppose to work. I take NOW brand products for almost all of my supplements, and have always been pleased with the quality and price. Mostly I take now for the convince on ordering on Amazon. Other brands may work just as well, but why risk it?I have tried Viagra and Cialis in the past, neith of these medications were all that impressive to me. They got the job done, but my energy level was still low. It felt like I was putting a bad-aid on the issue versus fixing it. This combination is my choice. I am taking the time to write all of this because I understand how annoying this issue can be. Hopefully this review and the supplements will help others.

Great stuff and really helps with controlling my blood pressure.
It's not often you can name specific benefits from using a particular supplement, but I can with this one. It helps lower my blood pressure and for that alone it gets five stars. Perhaps it offers other benefits as well, but the blood pressure is a definite positive.

Great for CVI and CVI infection and the pain!
Great for CVI and the pain associated with it. It not only got rid of the CVI, but it eliminated the swelling, and greatly reduced the discoloration in the skin of the lower extremities. A terrific supplement. Try it you’ll like (love) it like I do!

Pycnogenol is a trademarked extract of French Pine Bark. A number of firms are licensed to produce Pycnogenol extracts. I've found NOW Foods to be consistently at or above par and competitive in price.Pycnogenol is expensive, but I keep going back to it. It's highly effective. Here's a short list of things it helps with:*Skin tone*Eye sight (within reason)*Headaches (mine, anyway)*ED (um, so I've heard!)Some of the things I've listed above are just my own experience, and I'm not sure if others have benefited. This does support the vascular system. More generally, it's an effective antioxidant that somehow appears to be able to propagate through the body better than most others I've tried. I take this and (separately) astaxanthin during the summer months to protect against sunburn (in addition to wearing sunscreen, of course). I can't swear to its efficacy in that regard, but skin cancer is rife in my family and I'd just assume not take any chances.Pycnogenol blows other Pine Bark supplements I've tried out of the water. If find 60 mgs to be the minimum effective dose. Here, you get 50 days, very competitive, but, of course, see what's on sale from reputable buyers. I plan to repurchase soon.

Use for endometriosis
So, supposedly this doesn’t work for endometriosis, but it helps me. Obviously, it doesn’t treat the underlying causes (for more endo info join Nancy’s Nook group on Facebook) but for me, this helps with the bloat associated with the illness. It doesn’t take it away completely and I still wear maternity pants daily due to the illness, but this supplement does take away the most severe painful bloat and when I run out of it, I notice an increase in the amount of my daily discomfort. It is not a wonder drug but offers some relief. I didn’t realize it was helping until I ran out and was debating whether to renew so went a few weeks without it and realized, I definitely felt worse and had worse bloat once I stopped taking it. It generally helps with inflammation. Another accidental side effect, I have some minor tinnitus (ringing in the ear) and that has almost disappeared while taking this. I tried taking a different formula from a different company because this version is not sold in bulk but that version gave me terrible headaches. This one is perfect, so I came back and just buy it on monthly renewal but I do wish I could buy it a bit cheaper in bulk

Helps for menopause symptoms
My doctor recommended this for menopausal symptoms. It doesn’t take them away, but it definitely helps.
