Can I use my kitchen oven to hit the pottery with this glaze?

A kitchen oven won't work. It won't be able to reach the temperature you need with this product.It needs to be fired in a kiln to cone 06-05 to be food safe.

Can I just use this over regular paint on mugs and then bake or do I have to go through the whole process of buying underglaze?

This glaze needs a 950C firing. Regular paint will be gone at that temperature. You need underglaze

Can you fire this on green ware using the sax underglaze??

I would only do this with smaller pieces.
