Amazing!
I have been suffering from hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, sleepless nights, and weight gain for the last 6 years due to menopause. I started taking this less than a month ago and I've been sleeping through the night with minimal hot flashes and night sweats. Brain fog also minimal. Weight loss I haven't started to see yet, but I haven't gained any either, I will give this a bit more time to see if I notice a difference, I am also using an OTC GLP-1 pill with this as well, my appetite has been somewhat suppressed. I will continue to monitor. For the most part I am VERY happy with the results thus far and hopefully continue to see results the more I take this supplement.

Great for overall balance
This is a great product for me. It has eliminated my hot flashes. I have more energy and I feel balanced. I am perimenopausal and not in any meds. This has helped tremendously!

It works!!!
This works really good for night sweats. I use to roll over in bed and instantly start to have a flash come on. Now, I can roll over and nothing. I get a good nights sleep now. I have been taking them for 4 months. It seems to work the best after 6 weeks. So give it a bit of time for the full effect. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I hate the taste of the capsule. Every bottle I get the capsule's have a awful moldy taste. I guess that is what they are supppse to taste like.

I have never written an Amazon review before but this product has helped me so much. I struggled a lot with PMDD mood swings previously and I've noticed a big improvement after I started taking these supplements. I'm still more emotional and sensitive during my luteal phase, but taking these make things so much more manageable compared to how debilitating it was before. If you feel like you're losing yourself to your hormones, try these out!!!

Works But Gave Me Heartburn 🙁
I love the Solaray brand and have taken the Solaray saffron for mood to help with perimenopause. That works very well. I recently learned they had a perimenopause supplement and decided to try it to help with the hot flashes. I’ve been using it for about a week and all is going well, BUT around day 2 or 3 I noticed I started experiencing heartburn. I’ve had heartburn everyday consistently since it started. I am mindful of what I eat, have a pretty consistent diet and take a probiotic. I came back to the reviews and several people noted experiencing heartburn. As much as I would like to continue these, I unfortunately will not be able to.
