Bright, fun, no worries about battery because it's USB. Exceptional quality with sturdy 3-filament string, and pearl LEDs that don't glare, they have zero ability to act like "lasers" because they're encased in milky drops of... idk what, maybe epoxy?Many instruction manuals have promised, but none have delivered, until now. You can press a color, like pink, then press a function, like strobe. And the strobe function will apply, while it's pink. Or fill, where the leds light randomly until the whole thing lights up, and then they turn off and start over. You can modify this with a speed and dimmer setting.Most multicolor or 16 color sets will do the colors. But they don't add dynamic things in each color, like chase and twinkle upon request. There are also holiday settings, plus red/green, red/white, and if you want red/white/green, you can get it from slowing down the strobe function and choosing red/green. It will flash, but not painfully and you'll get all three colors. Only thing missing is Mardi Gras purple/orange/green. What a small complaint though since two sets would get you that (halloween + green).You can get gold/warm white but it's likely to look a bit orange or yellow on this string. The white is cool white.The white color flickers if you choose fade mode and any color scheme that includes white. Only the white ones flicker though. Maybe that will be fixed in a future release. It's easy enough to avoid.The timer seemed to misfire on first try. The "in waves" setting stopped, and the color went back to steady and stayed there. The red LED indicating the timer was on, was lit. Yet the string didn't turn off. I'll have to try again.

These are awesome little lights! They hardly use any electricity, can be plugged into any USB outlet or battery bank with USB capability, and have a remote that allows you to control them from anywhere as long as the remote can still get a clear angle at the USB base.The lights can remain steady, fade, or run in a pattern at the click of the remote.My kids originally just liked how fun it was to choose the color of their lights but then discovered they can use it as a form of cognitive behavioral therapy and self-expression.My only mistake is getting the 30' versions instead of the 60' version, which would have gone all the way around the ceiling/wall in their rooms.

I have three sets of these lights, two for home, one for work. Ordered that third set when my brand new pre-lit tree went dark on the top half just minutes after setting it up. By 9 pm I had the lights, and they went up this morning, drawing positive pundits from my coworkers.I was already a fan of these lights, having put up two in my room to add to my mood lighting. They have a lot of nice options, both color and pattern.Only negative is the remote is often unresponsive and takes multiple tries to get it to change settings, although once I find a setting, I tend to stick with it for a while.

I've purchased these lights 6 times now, because I really love the colors. I especially like how they look when you press wave and then the multicolor button on the bottom of the remote. The multiple colors shown then (and the twinkling) are so much better than on traditional RGB multicolor lights (for Christmas) and pastel lights (for Easter), because BOTH are shown together in that setting on these lights.However, the lights sent to me recently were truly a hot mess to untangle. Plus, while untangling them, I discovered when I got to the middle of the strand that there was a repair, which is a plastic covering for wires like what's often included at the bottom of such lights (usually not far from the usb plug). It looked like the damage had been discovered and repaired in the factory, but that resulted in the lights being significantly shorter than all my other lights like these. Then they wound that half of the lights every which way resulting in the tangled mess. I couldn't hang them as I had hung my other lights because they're so much shorter, so it took me a long time and multiple attempts to figure out how and where I could use them, as my choices were very limited due to their differing length --which was sooo unexpected and disappointing! As a result, I dinged one star off my original rating.Previously I wrote: Had looked high and low for turquoise/aqua colored fairy lights but none of the ones that I bought matched either the pictures shown of this color in advertisements nor that color option on the remotes. I am so glad I inquired about and bought these lights because they really do have turquoise/aqua and I'm just thrilled about it. The size of the bulbs are larger than usual and that took a little time for me to get used to, since all my other lights are the smaller size, but it's not a problem for me now and I'm just glad to have finally found lights that truly have this color.UPDATE: Another characteristic that makes these really terrific fairy lights is the 7 different colors, so that in addition to the traditional red, green, blue and yellow colors on most fairy lights, these also include pink, aqua and white. This means that when you press the wave button on the remote and then the multicolor button, you get to see a truly unique and dazzling display of 7 different twinkling colors which gradually change, as well as includes both primary colors AND pastels! I bought these several more times after discovering that option, and am considering getting them again now as well. In fact, I know exactly where they would go perfectly in my apartment, and if it were not for the high price (and my very low fixed senior retirement income), I'd have already purchased more. I've bought a huge amount of fairy lights at Amazon but don't typically spend this much on a single pack of lights --double digits for just 100 LEDs! Lately I've been buying most of my lights directly from China to save money. So the high cost of these lights is really the only salient deterent for me.

Fairly easy to install and they look good, I like the color options it has as well. It plugs in so you don’t have to worry about battery life. They aren’t long enough to go around an entire room however, so if you’re planning to do that I would recommend you get two or get a longer length.

These LED fairy lights are amazing. They go further than you think. They’re bright and shiny and twinkling 💖. I’ve placed them on artificial ficus trees with the pink lights- for my Christmas in July party. 🤩
