I used to buy the other creatine brand which is most popular but frequently got lumps of creatine with it. I find this is better.

This creatine powder is simple and easy to use. The directions indicate to use one scoop with 8-10oz of water. The scoop is included but may be a bit buried. You may need to use something like a spoon to find it.It doesn't seem worth it to give it any additional time to dissolve. I found the best way to consume it was to mix it into water and immediately drink the mix. It may be a bit gritty but at least there's no foul taste. I have a hard time telling if it creatine actually does anything for me but I make it part of my routine.What I liked about it: No bad flavor.What I didn't like: Doesn't dissolve well so water stays gritty.Overall, I recommend this creatine powder. Down the mix as quickly as you can or mix it into a morning smoothie and you're set.
