24V very strong motor, need 2 batterys to run. Full charge i get around 6hrs play time which is plenty. As longs your not full speed all the time. Fits perfect for my SIB, good valye for money, quite heavy easy to use.

Will not go forward, have tried to contact the seller but heard nothing. Took it for a week in france and had issues from the off. Would not buy.

Appalling back up service
Be very careful of buying this product. There is absolutely no back up service. Mine broke after about five trips, and this is the reply I got from their customer services: Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Customer Service Team. My name is Arya and I will be more than happy to assist you today. We have noticed that you placed the order on 30/7/2025. It is regret that your order was out of warranty.We take your concerns seriously. However, we have confirmed that we don't have any parts available at our warehouse. Also we have tried to request part from our manufacturer, but they refuse to match any parts. Hope you can understand. Best Wishes! Arya
