Excellent, convenient and good value
I used this to check several freezers and found that one of them was running at -27 degrees C, wasting energy (probably over many years).It was ideal for this because the magnet allows you to attach it to the side of the appliance in the most convenient place. Definitely the easiest way to make such checks and it appears to be accurate. It is very small so I hope I can remember where I have put it when I next need it, if not I will buy another. Best to remove the battery before you store it away.

Neat little item - Does the Job - Battery placement/compartment very fiddly.
Compact, but easy to view item, and appears to do the job, although it does seem to `over read` freezer temp.ie; I have exact same Freezer (this purhase was for Mum) and my setting/temp is circa -22/-25. Mum's is the same, but this indicator is reading -29/-30. Which is ok, as mainly bought for Alarm function, which is `set` to trigger at -15. Hope that helps. If battery compartment wasn't so fiddly, would have been 5 Stars.NOTE: You do NOT have to unscrew the back to replace battery!
