The dryer is sturdy, easy to fold and works exceptionally well, unzip the cover and you feel the heat contained within. Very cheap to run, I have it on all day every day now that it's wet outside and haven't noticed a difference in my electricity bill. Switch it off at night and the residual heat has finished off the odd little bits. I also stand my airer next to it with smalls on and they will dry too. Lastly, I use it in my living room and notice the warmth when I walk in, so much so that I have delayed putting my heating on. What it won't do is dry a full load of towels, jeans or jumpers in an hour, nor will it work without the cover on and lastly for best results you do need to turn inside out or rotate your bigger items to get at pockets or cuffs etc. I am exceptionally pleased so far.

Love the airer and it does its job well. My only gripe is that the shelves do not fit in flush, so when you stand back it looks very uneven.

After 3 months of use, the bottom hinge snapped and bottom tier now hangs off. I contacted the company thinking this might come with a 12 month warranty/guarantee, and its very clear this hasnt been ill treated. They wont help me, because it wasnt faulty within 28 days of receiving. Terrible quality product and terrible service!!

Just what was needed for the winter, works well for overnight drying.

Bought this for my son and his wife after they had their first baby, they are over the moon with this, they used it during the winter months and dried the clothes over night and was impressed on how little electricity it used, it has been a great investment

This dried my washing over night without having to turn it. Love it, Its quite big so take note of the measurements. I gave it 4 stars as it arrived with a clip broken, and I was going to return it, but I had to pay to return it and it is a awkward big box to lug to a post office, so I decided to keep it, luckily the clip is on the bottom shelf which I won't over fill, but I didn't expect to have to pay myself for a return. Rude!
