Best hydration ever!
This is my favorite electrolyte powder with real sugar and no Stevia. It also keeps my stomach calm. The flavor is mild and not too sweet. It mixes well and is refreshing.

The only electrolyte mix I can actually feel working
I've tried a lot of electrolyte mixes over the years, and Skratch is the only one that's ever actually done the job. I've never really understood the obsession with zero-sugar electrolytes. If you need electrolytes badly enough to reach for a mix, odds are you're working out, and at that point the carbs and sugar are helping you, not hurting you. Gatorade has the opposite problem. It's so loaded with sugar that most of the time it just leaves me feeling like crap. Skratch is the perfect inbetween. I play beach volleyball, and the Florida summer is brutal. I'm supposed to be getting somewhere around 4,000 mg of sodium a day to keep up with what I sweat out. Most mixes, I drink them and feel basically nothing. With Skratch I can actually feel the difference. I feel hydrated, my head's clear, and I'm ready to play. I recommend it to everyone I'm around, players and coaches both. One of my favorite products I've found in a long time.

Great Hydration drink
We really like this Hydration drink mix. It does not have that awful after taste like so many do with the stevia type sweeteners. It is very refreshing and the perfect drink while we work out. Especially now, with the high heat and humidity in Central Tx. We have only tried the lemon Lime flavor and highly recommend it.

Clean and effective. No kid's stuff fruit punch
I love this stuff! I have tried a bunch of different hydration powders, and they all feel like I’m drinking fruit punch, and are just about as effective as if I were. This is different; clean, not sugary and it works. Everyone wants the best results from their workout. Pre-workout, I add 10 g EAA to my energy drink to get those amino acids into my bloodstream. Then I mix a scoop of Skratch Hydration and 4g of creatine hcl with 16 oz of water for the workout. I sip about half of it during the workout and the rest right after, before my workout recover mix. This combination keeps me fired up and I can power through the workout with my best results.

Good, clean, fasteners dissolving, hydrating sports drink with no dyes. Expensive. Buy large size for less money per ounce

It's basically what you would think a sports drink should be.
So I'm going to contextualize and preface the rest of this review by saying that when it comes to exercise, I'm pretty casual. I cycle when I can, and go to the gym for a relatively short while when the weather isn't conducive to cycling. I'm not a professional cyclist or a bodybuilder or athlete; I exercise purely to keep in healthy shape and stave off the cardiac issues that run in my family, topping out around 400mi/month (sounds far, really isn't). Sports drinks have never been a fondness of mine. On one end, you have drinks like C4, and indeed there is a use case, but not for people like me who are just out to keep fit. Then there's "sports" drinks like Gatorade, which are sugary, expensive, and a little bit. . . useless. For a long time, I really didn't use any additives in my water, but at one point I started searching for something that wouldn't be obscenely sweet, and wouldn't come with nasty side effects, but would just give me some extra sustaining power, and one person suggested Skratchlabs to me. Now, I could spend some time going over the menial details of the flavor, but let me just put it this way: it's good. I like it. Your mileage may vary. It's a light and refreshing lemon/lime flavor, and part of me has begun wondering if tossing in a bit of mint might actually not be an awful idea. When used as directed, it's not offensively sweet as are drinks like Gatorade, and this falls directly in line with Skratchlabs' Hydration mix's purpose of being a hydration booster and endurance extender than an actual fuel. This is great, because it does two things: keeps the flavor palatable, and keeps the actual calorie content of the mixture down, allowing higher burn rates from other sources. Bottom line is that it's a crisp, clean, flavor, and it's not something that you'd get tired of drinking after a few sips. Actual effectiveness wise, I'd say endurance-wise, for the purposes of cycling, the actual endurance boost I get out of using this is highly variable, as there are just too many variables involved to try and quantify the effect in the scope of one dude casually cycling. I will say that, from a subjective standpoint, the difference is night and day. If I had to guess, on average, my range goes up at least 35% simply due to fatigue and muscle fatigue not setting in as fast. As a disclaimer, I would like to acknowledge the possibility that the Placebo effect plays a role here, but I have serious doubts that this could explain all of it. For the purposes of an indoor gym environment, wherein I have substantially more control over the variables at play, the data is a little more concrete. The difference was staggering. Normally, my routine consists of 10 minutes or so of stretching, 2km of rowing, 35 minutes on an exercise bike at a resistance level that roughly emulates cruising at 100RPM and 13-15mph, and then 5x5 of anything I can think of for my arms until I get too exhausted to continue. The difference here, was that I really *didn't* get exhausted. What actually happened was that I could essentially continue until muscle fatigue set in and decreased performance. In endurance-type environments such as cycling, this was a little more subtle, but the number of reps I could push my arms to was visibly higher. Overall, 6 months of use later, I'm going to give this my seal of approval. My seal of approval is completely worthless, but I like this stuff, it works, and it's exactly what I would want from a sports drink.

Hydration drink taste
Taste is good, i prefer lemon. Comes with a measuring spoon. The mix has no stevia added- which is hard to find. Easy on the tummy. It is a little more money than other hydration drinks on the market. In my opinion skratch’s mix is worth it.

Best Electrolyte Drink Mix
This is the best electrolyte drink mix I have tried so far. Subtle flavor, slightly sweetened with sugar (just a touch), and the best results I have had with a similar product. Highly recommend.

Easy to mix, excellent hydration with a light and refreshing taste. No artificial sweeteners!
I like the hydration powder from Skratch Labs a lot, did a bunch of searching to find something without artificial sweeteners, and it paid off. The taste itself is light and sweet, not overpowering like a soda, and the tangy citrus/lime flavour really masks the taste of the neccessary minerals that can be a bit too salty in some products. The instructions on the package says to use a number of scoops of powder to amounts of water, and the scoop is included inside the package. The product mixes very well, no clumps or otherwise. The bag itself is resealable via a zip-lock, so the solution does not absorb moisture from the air. As a light user I this will last me a long time. For heavy work, training, trekking or other outdoor activities replenish your salts! Stay hydrated! A solid recommendation from me.

The best
My favorite electrolytes I initially discovered when mountain biking, some other brands were a bit to harsh on my stomach while working out but skratch tasted good and felt good. Now as a breastfeeding mom it is once again out competing other brands. I like that it’s in a big bag with a scoop and I can adjust the amount and I’m putting in my drink
