Using fresh roasted beans (within 2 weeks of roast), the grounds option produces espresso with proper crema and flavor notes I can taste. The 20-bar extraction is sufficient - you don't need 30 bars for good espresso, anything above 15 is fine and this delivers. I compared shots using the same beans in this versus my friend's expensive lever machine: the difference is minimal to the point most people wouldn't notice. The capsule option is consistent - each pod gives the same result which is actually preferable for convenience. The temperature stability is good - no cooling during extraction. Excellent coffee machine with great build quality and very good performance. The coffee tastes amazing, and the machine is easy to use and clean. Customer service was also very helpful and responsive. Totally worth it. Highly recommended.

The machine is very good. The variety it provides is sure value for money. The quality, capacity, durability are good. The noise level is low. Can make 2-3cups at one go. Only problem is after dale service is ZERO. No assistance from the company for cleaning or servicing.

It’s a basic one but it does the job. The addition of installation service is a farce. I’ve give 3* since I have been getting emails from Amazon to check if the installation service was done. No one contacted for doing it but finally today I got the email tha it has been serviced. First of all it doesn’t need any installation service since it’s a simple coffee machine. But trying to show the efficiency of including an installation service eyewash is unnecessary.
