My go to for the last ten years

split the capsule and sprinkled on kids breakfast, they haven't noticed the taste at all. we haven't been using for long so cant comment on the long term but would continue to use as does so far seem to be doing its job

These capsules are packed with immune boosters such as vitamin C, zinc and moringa. I love that the ingredients don't contain any synthetic additives. The vitamin c for examples comes from amla berry powder, the zinc comes from shiitake, oyster mushrooms and holy basil etc. The fact that the capsules don't contain any bulking agents is also a bonus. 60 capsules provide a 1-2 month supply depending on your preferred dosage of 1-2 capsules a day. It is always tricky to pinpoint how well supplements work especially when taken for maintenance rather than for any specific ailments but I trust that these are beneficial for my overall health. Would definitely get these again.

I must say I’ve never questions what is in my vitamins and minerals and where they am one from. As long as they work, they work. So this probably isn’t targeted at me. That said, as long as they work then I’m happy. It’s up to you if you want to pay for the extra for the type of ingredients. Which there are numerous reasons you might want that. I can tell the zinc works well. Generally, though, no difference in these to my regular tablets. I was hoping I’d feel more but that’s not how it works. The bottle is pretty fancy and the glass is quite thick. You know it’s a premium product just looking at it. The price is reasonable if this is the type of product you’re after.

I have taken one every day for the past 3 weeks for immune protection and I have not been ill this winter despite being exposed several times. An added bonus it contains no additives and it is 100% natural, I will be continuing to purchase!
