I m writing this review after using the product for 4 months. So far no complaints, it is a very good product. You can install it on a 32mm door as well. If you have 2 doors (main door + safety door) pls keep a gap of atleast 4 inches between them so that the lock and door handle fits well. Call for installation and learn the product admin features, that’s important later it becomes easy to manage. Lock is heavy and its facial recognition is good, sometimes when finger prints don’t work due to cuts, facial works perfect. Battery life is good. Very convenient when you don’t want to give your house keys to maids.Overall a very good product.

Product is okay but service not available very disappointed about the golens service, ordered after confirmation about service and now they simply denied like not offering service in your location. No one ready to fix the lock from loacal carpenter.

Intially i faced issue with fast discharge of batteries and no display workingAfter my complaint, Customer care team contacted me for the issue. They are highly supportive. They told me to remove and charge the both batteries till the red indicator light turns into blue for full charging. Big battery took 6 hours and small battery took 3 hrs for full charging. After charging i installed batteries back into the lock. Now lock is working fine and display also working. I am Increasing rating from 1 to 5. After 10 days i will update the battery status.I am impressed with supporting team and excellent features of lock. Face lock is very very fast.One thing, they should have mentioned in the manual that batteries should be charged till red light turns blue after receiving the delivery. Best for Single door , Nice working.Go for it.Good quality in this price range , I am using from 3months no single issue in device and security. Battery backup is good, I'm not charged battery in three months. Good quality, it is make your door Good looks.

I got a X95 and then replaced it with X57 cause I wanted it to work with Alexa, although there is almost 7k price difference but I found the quality of X57 is much better than X95, looks sturdy, works faster, sound is much better, cctv feature and the chime is a plus. Post purchase support was also good. However to my dissatisfaction the lock does not works with all alexa devices. It did not connect to my echo dot 4th and 5th gen devices.
