I love this thing! After falling victim to 3 or 4 plastic water jugs that falsely claimed they wouldn't give water that weird plastic taste, this glass jug is the one that finally delivers. My water tastes completely fresh every single time, which is exactly what I wanted. This 64 oz jug makes it incredibly easy to stay hydrated. A single fill-up lasts me all day, and the built-in time markers keep me accountable to my hydration goals and activity levels. The protective silicone sleeve features clear cut-out windows, so you can easily track your progress and see exactly how much you have drunk. I put ice in my jug every morning to keep my water cold. Because it is glass, the bottle does sweat, but the silicone sleeve does an excellent job of catching condensation and keeping the exterior from becoming slippery. For hygiene, I periodically remove the sleeve to wash underneath it and prevent any moisture buildup or mold. Taking the sleeve off and putting it back on requires a little muscle, but it is ultimately not a deal-breaker. Maintenance is a breeze because Civago includes all the specialized cleaning tools you need—which is a huge plus since my hands don't fit inside the narrow mouth to scrub the bottom. It also comes with both a straw lid and a "chug" lid. I prefer the chug lid myself, but it is great to have options. I absolutely recommend this water jug!

Love this bottle so much! It comes with a scrub brush, two straws, and a straw cleaner, which is nice. The wide mouth makes it easy to clean/rinse and having two lid types makes it versatile and of good value. The legends on the sides are easy to read and help me more accurately keep track of my water intake. The fact that it’s glass gives me peace of mind. My husband recently got one after seeing mine. He really loves the sturdiness of the portability handle and the silicone sleeve that makes re-filling easier. The sleeves are gorgeous colors as well! I chose olive green and he chose navy blue. As it may matter to some, I do want to note that (1) a few of the color choices have sleeves that don’t match the lids, and (2) the lids must be factory screwed on because when unscrewing the chug lid, for both of our bottles, there is a bit of a discoloration chip in the center. It is slight, and doesn’t bother us, but is worth mentioning.

I love this glass water bottle. I gave it 5 stars although one glitch is the removable straw is long and reaches the bottom to prevent it from coming out of the silicone hub in the lid. But, it cuts of the water supply when you try to drink. I inserted the straw into the silicone hub in the cap at an angle which works for a few seconds, but when you tighten the lid, the straw straightens out again preventing water from being sucked up. I just cut a small half moon shape into the bottom of the straw. All fixed! When full, this bottle is heavy. It's not something to be walking around with at a theme park or shopping. Although the glass is made extra strength and thick, if you drop it or bang/swing it into concrete, it probably will crack. The silicone cover is thin so doesn't offer much protection, but is nice when you set the bottle down you don't get a sound. It comes with a pourable spout lid (hard to use with a heavy bottle), two plastic straws, a straw/lid mouthpiece brush, and a foam cleaning handle. I would hand wash all of it. Not sure if the handles will withstand a dishwasher over time. Although the silicone hub in the lid seems durable, I'm not sure of it's durability over several years. No way to replace it. Just go to the pourable spout lid. Over this glass bottle is great 👍

I love that this water bottle is glass and comes with a silicone sleeve so it doesn't get slipper or break too easily. The glass is still very exposed. I love that it is dishwasher safe and the instructions even say that you do not have to remove the silicone sleeve in the dishwasher. Not sure how that will play out, I have only hand washed it so far. I love the 2 different style lids since straws can get nasty. The glass is great since it does not change the taste the way stainless steal can or soak up the dish soap taste.

I really wanted to like this bottle, but the design makes it almost unusable. Straw Lid Issue: The little star-shaped piece on the straw cap constantly falls out every few seconds, or it wedges itself so you can’t suck any water through. Super frustrating; roughly 20 times a day. Twist Cap Issue: The twist top is just as bad — it doesn’t line up cleanly. You have to arch it, stretch it, and fiddle around just to get it to close, and half the time it cross-threads. Sometimes it eventually seals, sometimes not. The glass body and size are fine, but those positives are completely overshadowed by the lid problems. For the price, I expected much better quality control. Bottom line: Great idea, terrible execution. The caps make the bottle more of a hassle than a help. Wouldn’t recommend unless they completely redesign the lids.

Oh this was wonderful, I love it! It's sturdy and secure the black plastic works wonders so the bottle won't slip out of your hands so easy, it comes with extra accessories, and I loved that it comes with its own pair of tool's to clean it. My family linked it a lot to so now everybody wants one.

Love it - but I dropped and it shattered into pieces - so the sleeve didn't work and the glass isn't thick enough to withstand a clumsy event.

This is a great water bottle! The only complaint I have is that when you take the straw out of the top, it's difficult to get it back in. But is that a complaint? If it's difficult to get in, that's probably why it stays in. :) I love that I can just check the time and then look at the bottle and I know exactly how much I need to drink in order to stay on track with my water consumption for the day. The color I ordered is the color I got. I have not washed it in a dishwasher because I always wash it by hand. My water stays cool for a very long time. It is rather large, of course, so for portability... It definitely does not fit in the cup holder in my car, It's rather large to just carry around. But I don't really mind just leaving it on my passenger seat. as long as you're okay with the size, I would absolutely recommend this water bottle.
