Love products from steps 1-3 of this line. I’m not sold on the 4th step serum. It feels tacky in my hair. The pre-wash tonic, shampoo, and conditioner are amazing and worth the time and money.

The moisturizer in this conditioner is off the charts! After years of spending top dollar only to be disappointed, I’ve discovered the one that flys under the radar… for pennies in comparison.

Works to detangle my hair. It is really thick so I gave 4 stars because I have to use two hands to squeeze the product out. It doesn’t have a strong smell.

Once upon a time, I read that no one with curly hair should use sulphates and silicones. My hair has lost its curl pattern as it dries and now falls straight so I was wondering what I could be doing wrong. Also experiencing oily scalp and super dry ends. This happened over the course of probably 6 years but I kept believing I was better off with my "clean" products. Let me tell you...herbal essences rose shampoo and this conditioner have done some wonders. My ends are still kind of crunchy, but I've only used this twice and it's competing with years of silicone free conditioners. The rest of my hair looks really good and even no oily roots on day 3 thanks to sulphates! My curl pattern hasn't come back yet but I'll give it some time. Definitely try different products if you aren't seeing the benefits of "clean" ones

It’s a good conditioner but very difficult to get it out of the bottle. I don’t like the functionality of the packaging!

I use this as part of the four step system and it is amazing. My hair was in very bad shape after too much chemical processing and this has been a big help. I have very thin, fine, mature hair. This product system has restored body and shine. Great value for the money. The shampoo and conditioner and prebond smell great. The styling product does not smell great but it works very well.

While this is very thick (I had to remove the nozzle), this was an absolute find! I have some wiry gray hairs; not only does this seem to thicken them, but it also leaves my hair incredibly soft!!! It's been years since it felt this soft. I love this! Will definitely be buying this again.
