What An Amazing Little Machine!
I am impressed with this item. I use this to connect my laptops (windows), my tablet (android), and my phone (android). I have streamed films, I have played video games on it, I have also used this for tracing. If you don't mind using a wired connection from your device to your projector because you have a wireless mouse and keyboard, then I have great news: you can connect this to anything and use this anywhere. It should be noted that this item does not come with any cords. It also should remain plugged in if you plan to use it for more than 2 hours. I charge it from the USB port of my laptop. The mount is a standard mount, I have mounted this to both my gorilla pod and to my c stand. You must use the HDMI port for display. The usb-c port on this device is not for data, it is only for charging. This isn't particularly bright so I do not recommend putting it anywhere near a window during daytime, but it certainly bright at night. Even so, if you are looking for a very portable projector that is very easy to set up (It is practically plug and play) and can connect to anything, this is worth every cent. As far as image quality is concerned, please remember that this is a tiny portable projector. I would say that image quality is 1080p, which isn't bad if you are using it to play retro video games, but the quality is noticeable if you are attempting to use it for programs like lightroom or photoshop. It handles movies just fine. Even so, I am typing this review from my bed as this very projector is pointed towards my ceiling. I am using a tiny phone stand to prop it up. I am lying with my back perfectly straight. I could see this being an amazing gift for someone who is bedridden with a neck or spinal injury. I bought this so could have a display anywhere, under any circumstances and this has exceeded my expectations. It feels like the smallest, most lazy monitor ever and I really like that. The item is durable as I have traveled several states with this so far, and I have taken it camping more than once. It also sat in a hot car with the windows rolled up for 18 hours and it is still working just fine.

Great for price and size
This is a nice little projector and super portable. I kept it connected to a suction cup mount most of its life, stuck to the wall. It worked pretty well, given its size, and the speaker is fine. It's missing some bells and whistles you get with more expensive portable ones, such as bluetooth and a remote. The controls on top are kind of annoying - wish they were physical clicky buttons so you can feel them more easily. The video codecs it can handle are somewhat limited but not a show stopper if you just convert what you want to load on it. After about 6 months of daily use, it started losing focus and I had to manually adjust over and over to keep the picture looking sharp. I reached out to the seller and they replaced it after some courteous troubleshooting. No complaints from me.

Nice projector, good price and pocket sized.
I decided to purchase this projector after much research into ones that are under $200. In addition to mostly positive reviews, I like that it is from a well known reputable company. First the good. This projector is tiny, will fit in a shirt pocket, so it is very portable, easy to transport and carry. The set up and use is easy. The picture quality is quite good, better than I expected. I also purchased the carrying case that is made specifically for this. It will hold the projector and all necessary cables. Now the not so good. The advertised battery life is 2 hours, but after fully charging it and using it several times, I only got about 20 minutes of use from the internal battery before it died. This was not a huge concern for me as I will mostly have it connected to a power outlet or a battery pack. The built in speaker has sound that is as tiny as the projector. So I am using it with a more powerful portable speaker. It is nice that it has an audio output jack, but I just connect my speaker to my source device Bluetooth. Another minor issue is that the projector does not support Bluetooth, everything needs to be connected with physical cables. But again, no big deal to me. The final and biggest issue is that there is no way to adjust the brightness level. When close to a wall with smaller screen size, it is plenty bright enough. But at further distance for big screen use, it could be brighter. So in that case, it is best in a completely dark room. Overall, considering its low cost, this is a very good basic projector, and I recommend it if you can live with its minor shortcomings.

Blinks off and on while plugged into an AC outlet
Took delivery today and just opened the unit up, set it up per the instructions and turned it on while plugged into an AC outlet. I ordered it based on using it full time w the AC outlet because of the number of images (no video) I intend to enlarge. The Unit blinked off and on repeatedly (every 10-15 seconds, YIKES!) while it was on. I changed out cords and connectors, but nothing alleviated the problem. Some of the reviews I read indicated this behavior while it was running on the battery, but, because I had no intention of using w/o external power, I went ahead and purchased. This shouldn't happen when the power is supplied by an external AC outlet. I immediately unplugged and submitted a return. I'm actually going to give this one more try and purchase another one because of the positive reviews and I can mount it to my existing table frame and camera arms. What a disappointment! FOLLOW UP I took delivery on the new projector yesterday and set it up. It works w/o blinking on and off. It turns out the first unit (see above) that was shipped was a returned item. The package was NOT factory sealed nor were there tips on the ends of the cables which seems odd when I opened it up, but I went ahead and tried it out because I was under the gun to complete a project. If anyone intends to purchase one of these and the box is NOT factory sealed, send it back immediately, it's probably the one I returned and what I got was probably the oner another reviewer sent back for the same problem. The new device works and doesn't blink off when plugged into the AC outlet. That said, I will only give this projector three (3) stars because, as some other reviews indicated, it is extremely dim if there is any light in the room at all. I can make do with it, but for it to actually be easy to use, I would need to hang curtains in my art studio over a very large window. It needs an adjustable brightness for situations where there is light in the room. The design seems one dimensional as it makes it difficult to work with still images, unless it is used just for viewing photographs, but that can only be done in a dark room. The other thing that is extremely annoying is the unit doesn't display the file names as they are on the external drive, rather it renames them which is simply idiotic, so viewing requires either opening every file to the find the one you want or go through the sequential view feature which I don't recommend. What's NOT provided in the set up guide is the unit can only read USB 2.0 drives. I have several V30 3 A2 micro SD cards and the unit will not read any of them. This information is nowhere to be found in the information provided in the box.

good while it lasted; battery totally died after less than 2 years
update - after 2 years of very minimal use (like once a month), the battery has completely died - it never held a charge well but now it won't turn on even plugged in. it's only got a year warranty, so I took it apart to make sure it wasn't something easy to fix like a ribbon that wasn't connected properly inside, but it's the battery, you can't buy a replacement anywhere, and it's soldered to the board, and unsoldering it is only worth it if you can find a battery that would fit the specs and fit inside...so...I would not recommend spending the $180 on this. I bought a cheaper one that's bigger and actually prefer that one a lot. This is adorable looking and very portable, but the battery life is so terrible, you really have to keep it plugged in (and the cord in comes with is very, very short, so you'll need to swap it out), and I only had success connecting via hdmi, not microsd or usb. That said, the picture quality is great and bright. The sound is rather quiet, so I used a separate speaker.

Small, compact & perfect for projects!
Small & compact! Purchased to help me with my custom royal iced sugar cookies & definitely would recommend! But if you’re looking for a larger screen to view movies, this may not be as large a screen as you would want. Screen image for movies is large enough to put on the wall or ceiling of my 11 year old son’s room. It has an HDMI port, usb, and charging port. The sound is exceptional & crystal clear as well. I hook this tiny unit up with my Iphone or Ipad.

Dinky, little projector.
Very handy projector for enlarging drawings to larger paintings etc. none focus closer than this as far as I know. (About 10” or so). Very mobile due to it’s size don’t know about movies etc. Menus a bit fiddly.
