I just got this book a few days ago. I am currently in school and when I was doing my homework trying to look for a diagnosis under "M" I realized I am missing almost 20 pages from the book!! If you can zoom in on the picture, you can see the difference in pages. I'm returning this book and asking for a new book or for a refund!
