The product description lists the sources: it is a blend of "organic, non-GMO, and fair trade certified black teas – malty Assam (that is N Eastern India) robust Ceylon (today called Sri Lanka), brisk Chinese Keemun and hints of floral Darjeeling (from W India foothills). . ." You can search Numi online to learn their manufacturing headquarters.

would this tea work well for iced tea?

My experience is that Numi packages the highest quality teas and blends. If you like the flavor profile of the tea, you will probably like it iced. I usually use the Golden Chai (without dairy) for a great spicy iced tea. I've also iced a couple of their green teas.

What does “aged with bergamot” mean? Essential oil or the whole fruit? Just curious about the process.

Hello. It is organic, cold-pressed, bergamot oil that is used in the Aged Earl Grey. For further information feel free to email us at info@numitea.com. Enjoy!

Where is the aged earl grey sourced from? I am only interested in where it was grown not where it was packaged.

The tea is single-origin (a small fair trade farm/co-op) in the Assam region of India; the bergamot is sourced from Italy.
