I bought these because I broke me leg and I needed a comfortable flat to wear to a wedding that I didn't have to tie or buckle. I needed something with a no slip bottom. This shoe was perfect. It isn't a dress shoe, it is casual, feels like a slipper. Looks like a ballet shoe but the woven fabric is breathable and thick, fits well on your foot. I wear an 8 in most shoes but an 8.5 in tennis shoes. I have a narrow foot. I got the 8.5 to be safe but I could have gotten away with an 8. I did not have to break them in. I can see myself wearing these with a t-shirt dress or jeans this summer. TheyThere is no downside, I think they were well worth what I paid. They are not a fancy dress up shoe but they are great for casual wear.

Perfect for a walking tour in Greece. I paired this item with an arch support insert and it was perfect for a walking tour, running through the airport, and just wearing around. So comfortable, amazingly flexible. The lack of padding might bother some people, just put in an insert and no one will know.
