I gave the product 3 stars sadly because out of all the weights, the very last weight was the only one that challenged me. My muscles down there are obviously a lot stronger than I realized. Wish they had higher weights from the 165kg upwards. Im chuffed Im in pretty good shape but spent a lot of money on these only to get the use of one weight. They come beautifully packaged and definitely an amazing product for those who really need them.

Prima cosa: hanno il marchio di conformità europeo e ciò fa piacere visto che il silicone è un materiale "a rischio". Ottima fattura, gradevoli al tatto, belli esteticamente. Sono di dimensioni più contenute rispetto ad altri e quindi, immagino, più difficili da trattenere. Hanno una scala di pesi ampia e arrivano ad un peso finale più alto rispetto agli altri che avevo visto. Quanto all'uso non so dire perchè devo ancora confrontarmi con una amica ostetrica che mi spieghi nel dettaglio gli esercizi.

I got this product expecting results. Had to go for the heaviest weight (black) right away as none of the other weights were challenging. The black does not even make me feel like I'm working any kegel muscles. The value you get is definitely not worth the money.
