I have tried a few different sound panels with this hexagonal style. These ones function pretty well. They do a pretty good job at minimizing higher frequencies, but just like other hexagonal and thinner panels, they struggle with the lower frequencies. What I like most about these is that they are self-adhesive and, right now, have a good discounted price. These are symmetrical, which is an issue I had with some other panels. I like the look and style of these panels, and I think that they are one of the better options for hexagonal panels. I think if they were a bit thicker then they might do a better job with sound absorption, including lower frequencies. Overall they are good, but not exceptional - 4/5 stars.

Look, if you think that sticking these to and existing wall will grant you one iota of peace from the nonsense person on the other side, I have terrible news, they won't. My heart was cleft in twain when I made this horrendous discovery. Helluva of price, though

First off, let's be serious here these aren't studio grade acoustic panels, but for the price they are very cool. They achieve to produce a somewhat noticeable sound dampening result. Also they are really good at stopping any rattling or echo coming from behind a sub woofer in a surround sound. Where they really shine though is being used as larger room decorations, like splitting empty space on a large wall. I've ended up with about four different kinds of panels at this price point and these are right on par with all the others. Mixing up a few different colors in patterns around the room has really helped out my streaming room, and my laundry room lol. I fully recommend these and at this price point they are a great buy.
