This chair is incredibly comfortable. Like, seriously, it is perfection in comfort. It is very solid as well. The arms move up and they are adjustable as well (this is not a big thing for me, other than the arms swinging up, but it may be for some). I'm not that tall of a guy (5'10"), but the headrest works fer well. I'm a "big" guy, but nowhere near 700 pounds, so I sadly cannot speak of the comfort for my even larger brothers and sisters out there. It also has a "pump" adjustment for back support; I'll admit I rolled my eyes until I tried it. It gives great lower-back support.Seriously, get this chair. It is a great value for the money.

These are MASSIVE chairs! Comfortable but you better have a large area. They roll extremely well too! Easy to Assemble in a few minutes time. Great back support. Looks very professional. I am only 5'2" so at the shortest height I can not touch the ground if I sit all the way back.

Was 2 star, but I've changed it to a 5 star review simply based on the customer service provided after the sale. This company couldn't be more accommodating and helpful.At first I was in love with this chair, until I sat in it for 5 minutes. I tried to adjust myself backwards in the chair by holding on to the armrests, bad idea! The right arm rest instantly broke and now freely swings all the way around without holding anywhere.That was issue #1... Issue number two, the chair has a natural recline to it which makes it very uncomfortable to sit upright. I was able to fully inflate the lumbar support which helped quite a bit, except my upper back will never rest on the actual chair.I've used the chair less than 15 minutes at this point and I have buyers remorse for sure. Broken part and somewhat uncomfortable, but I can't see spending $80 to send it back unfortunately.

I’m a big girl…however way under the max weight. The wheels are crap, 2 of my wheels broke off within 17months from the date of purchase 😔, the chair itself is comfy its self.

This chair is amazingly cushioned and so comfortable to sit in. It’s sturdy and made super well. I have a leather Lazy boy for my computer/ art desks and it real close in comparison. It is perfect for most. However, I’m short and as a 5’3’ woman my feet can’t touch the floor, the back does not sit upright for working but leans back for a tall man or someone gaming. Glides on shag carpet well!**** if you do t want to pay $80. To return it then make sure everything is neatly packed just how you got it and all parts are there. They will check before return. They must have had issues with someone. Don’t blame them. If I had someone to give as a gift I would have kept it for a friend. It’s the best chair I ever seen in quality and comfort. Anyone has a big or tall spouse this is a perfect gift!!!!

Extremely comfortable and supportiveEverything about this chair was great from assembly to sitting. The chair was very easy to assemble with illustrated instructions. It only took 15 minutes. The wheels are more than 4 inches in diameter and has a very strong clear polyurethane cover. Didn’t need hammer to pound in as wheels fit in like a glove. After seats are very thick as I weigh 200 plus pounds and don’t even begin to sink in it. I have sat in the chair daily for 6 hours a day and simply love the lumbar support which is adjustable. I look forward to working in the chair every day as the material is soft yet supportive. It has all the standard up/down, recline with adjustable position/upright only. Chair is solidly built with large screws that will hold it together strongly through the years.

I had another big office chair and it barely lasted a year before piston gave out.This chair is a beast, very solid, well built, made for a heavy big butt.Since the arm rest are mounted on the back I don't feel anything digging into my sides and then I can push them back for no arm rest which is very cool and comfortable and handy.The leather is so soft and the way the seat is you can sit for hours and still feel very comfortable.I've adjusted the lean back and you can fall asleep in it, which I've done allot since it's comfy.Chair wasn't cheap but you definitely get what you pay for and it's so worth it.
