Have been using this product for nasal rinses for a few days now. Having a powered flow is a noticeable improvement over my previous gravity fed rinser. The amount of gunk being rinsed out is noticeably more than before. Having 3 settings to adjust the flow is a nice feature. I use it in the shower so I don't have to worry about the mess washing out of the other nostril or holding my head over the sink. Battery seems to be holding its charge well too after using it 7 or 8 times. Haven't had to recharge it yet. The tank holds 300ml/10oz. I use 8oz. warm distilled water, one saline packet, and 2 teaspoons of a product called alkalol with my itherau and my sinuses stay clearer than they ever have before. The alkalol is also available on amazon and it is an all natural mucous solvent and cleanser that combined with the warm distilled water and saline pack and the itherau powered rinser has been a game changer on how well I can breathe and even more important how well I've been able to sleep. So far I am happy with this purchase.

This is a awesome product. Especially if you have dry sinuses, or environmental allergies (dust or pollen). It's affordable and so easy to use. And it's quite comfortable to hold, it's not too heavy

I could not ever figure out how this thing works. I feel like more water stayed in my head than came out. I got a headache every time I used it. I through this thing away.

It does the job! It's not high powered, so if you are super congested, it'll be a struggle. Otherwise, I did it for me and my kiddo, and she tolerated it well!

In fact I also use it for misting my plants with the second head it gives you. My plants love it and the should advertise as a plant mister too!

I work in a very dusty environment and this is a game changer. Use this when I get home from work and can breath again. Even ordered a 2nd for work for those really bad days. Amazing product.

This product works but if it falls off the counter with the tips inserted forget about it. The tips are weak and brittle plastic. But it does provide relief in the nasal cavities. Value for your money? Spend the extra money to get a better product

I was really excited to try this. It fits comfortably in one hand however it did not turn on. I charged it and the lights would light up but nothing :/ I was pretty bummed about it then to find out RETURN NOT ELIGIBLE not cool. I'm stuck with a non working item
