How heavy is this 18” rubber coated non slip tray .And what do they mean in technical details 12 pieces ?.

It’s relatively light, less than 500grams but it is a large tray at 18”. Have no idea about the 12 piece comment

Why is 18” rubber tray by chef line Grunwerg not suitable for hot drinks to take into garden

I don't know and didn't see this when i bought it. so far i've not had any problems- only bought one tray. maybe if crockery is thick or on for only a short time its not a problem.
