Guitar Strap Locks, PYHOT Security Straplocks/Locking Buttons for Electric/Semi/Acoustic/Bass Silver (2 Pack)

A good solution for my damaged shoulder, no more overhead stretch to put on guitar or take it off.Only niggle is it adds a tad too much length to guir in case so zi have to take strap of guitar.

After reading some mixed reviews for other strap locks of this type I decided to take a gamble and order. The screws provided are ever so slightly longer than the existing screws on my firebird which resulted in a perfect tight fit without the need to make the holes wider. Whilst slightly more fiddly to use than schaller type strap locks (in my opinion!), they are still easy to use and are perfect for guitars with a strap pin on the back rather than top. Providing these stand the test of time I will definitely be ordering more.EDIT: The pin nearest the neck of my guitar came unscrewed but luckily I was holding it tight enough by the neck to catch - could've ended badly - as I wasn't fussed about using the strap with other locks I put a dab of superglue on the threads before tightening them, there's no way they will come undone now!

So far i like these. Not tried in a live situation but they are easy to lock and unlock and seem secure. Look good too 👍

I fitted them to my new £1500 ESP guitar and when playing the locking section detached itself from the button and it fell to the floor denting the lacquer…far from a happy bunny now!!!!!they will now be going in the bin

Does what they're meant to do, just to be clear, however, when it days "2 pack" that is 1 set/pair.Not what I would call a 2 pack, as I would expect a single pack to consist of 1 pair.But, only needed one pair, so it's not a problem.

The actual straplocks seem fine so far but the screws provided are terrible and damaged my guitar. The screws are larger in diameter than the stock screws on my telecaster which is usually not an issue but the heads of the screws provided were immediately chewed up without much pressure at all meaning they didn't screw all the way in and also wouldn't come back out since they were so chewed up. Ended up having to remove them with a pair of pliers.I've fitted straplocks on loads of guitars and always buy well know brands - wish I'd have done that this time. If you do buy them, at least use some higher quality screws!

It seems ok the locking part is possibly a little floppybut as yet it hasn't come apart when usingI would think made in China hence the priceI wouldn't trust it on a good quality guitar but for the priceit seems o k

Allora il prodotto in sè è buono ed ha anche un ottimo prezzo. Unica pecca è che risulta un po' ingombrante e spesso devo fare attenzione perche tende a svitarsi. Molto facile da mettere.
