Creative story, but wish there were fewer grammatical errors
Creative storyline that entices the reader to continue reading. Far too many distracting grammatical errors though, especially in the earlier books.

Awful ending- just a gut wrenching
Not every story needs a happily ever after but seldom have I thrown a book across a room before ( in this case my phone). After everything the FMC had gone through & this is book 4 of 4 - I guess I expected something more here. A better plan. They had magic & some time to prepare but seemed to waste their opportunities over & over again when facing her dark past.*Spoiler from series*And I’ve never seen mates (especially new mates) ignore/neglect the bond until their female almost dies. The FMC’s “choice” didn’t seem like a choice at all to save herself & her mates. I like Lexie’s books usually but this was a hard one.

loved most of the series but this one is a 2.5
But I’m just not as enamored of the finale as others seem to be. One problem was the typos, wrong verb tenses used, missing words, and pages of inner monologue, which is a pet peeve of mine. I loved the series up until about the last third of the book. I understand the decision she made but after her telling her mates that she wanted to be included in all decisions and then to make one so permanent without talking to her mates I was just flabbergasted… and then the “well it’s her body so it’s her choice” decision from the males that had no idea what was going on, weren’t asked for input, opinions or anything else is just lazy. Then to have her depressed because of her own decision had me wanting to beat my head against a wall. I realize the author was making a point about body autonomy but c’mon. You had 1 person make a decision for 5 with no arguing, being depressed about what they may have envisioned for the future? Just made me want to quit reading altogether. Epilogue was decent but still made me want to roll my eyes.

that ending though…
I agree her body her choice. Relationships are based on trust and communication. How can they have that when she made that decision without them?Horrible ending
