The glass can fall out
These Riker Cases were 50/50 if the glass remained glued into the box. It seems like they had been sitting in a hot warehoue for a while and that dried the glue. Not a problem for a paleontologist with a bunch of ready made super glue nearby. But un-reglued, the glasses could break if you weren't expecting them to fall and maybe cause a cut hand or damage a delicate specimen. Just have a glue bottle ready to fix any loosey-goosey glasses.
