Surprisingly sweet to eat! I know it takes around 3-6 months for results but please listen to only taking one a day. You shouldn't exceed 40mg of zinc a day and you already get 25 just from one

Why why why didn't my doctor suggest these delicious gummies?
I've spent the last 3 years taking these giant horse pills, then at my last appointment he suggested Life Extension Zinc Lozenges but they take about 20 minutes to dissolve- I even called them to see if chewing was an option but they said no, not for best results.I'll have to see how my zinc looks in my next blood work but DANG these gummies are DELICIOUS!
