Since we are a bar, we tend to use a shaker a lot. they wear out and don't fit well after a while. This set has a nice capacity, the two cups fit together very well, if stuck a gentle tap or shake seperates them. They have a quality and heavy feel that is perferecd

It had a tiny more weight to it. Not a bad thing. In fact, it’s a good thing. It’s like they add some more metal to make it feel sturdier. Would buy again!

I am a bartender and do the purchasing for a bar and we needed new cocktail shakers. I ended up buying these because they were inexpensive and I thought a shaker is a shaker right, and these work fine but not great. The only issue we have is that they are very hard to separate after using. I know you want a tight seal, but any other shakers I've used come apart much more easily while still providing the necessary seal. That's the only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5. I'd probably spend the few extra dollars to find another set that are higher quality.
